Some of the hats are amazing but I also bought some white baseball caps and they are not the same ones that I ordered and the brim on a bunch of the hats are not aligned dead in the middle so it looks like it's shifted to the side, pretty disappointed with the results
FedEx lost a package (which eventually showed up), and Ellis from Buck Wholesale immediately sent out a replacement order. I contacted them to let them know that I had received an order but wasn't sure if I had gotten the lost package or the replacement. We're in Washington State and they're in Florida, so we're pretty far apart. They re-routed the replacement package back to them, and gave me a store credit for the inconvenience. It was really nice to get a REAL person who took care of things quickly.
My experience was absolutely horrible and I am completely dissatisfied with Buck wholesale. I will never order from them ever again. I also closed my account with the company. They seem to be unconcerned with the fact that my order was NEVER delivered and they claimed they "investigated" yet the result was that it had been delivered and my claim was denied. Also the shipping cost for the order was only aboit $2.00 less than the total for the order. It seems to me that they are uncaring about small orders. Buck wholesale is a horrible business and I would NOT recommend anyone order anything from them. I give them negative 5 stars.
I was very satisfied with the product fir my neck pillow.
But i will say i was disappointed that I never received my free cover fir my cylinder shaped neck pillow even when I inquired about it. I still haven't received it as of yet after speaking with someone
This is the second time I have ordered blank hats. They came fast and the order was complete. The hats are high quality hats. The web site was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. They have the best prices anywhere.
I am a fequent shopper at Buckwholesale and I love it BUT they are ALWAYS out of products I use to sell on my website. It is really irritating because I then have to delete the product off my website. For instance, the Military and Pink Camo hats have been gone forever. But I still recommend the company because the quality of the products are nice.

Ordered 5 different color hats. They are good quality material and fit and look great at a very reasonable price. The bill on the black hat was "off center" but still wearable. Would buy again...
Someone used my email to register an account on BuckWholesale.com, and there was no email verification to make sure that it is actually his email and to protect me from that.

I have used BuckWholesale for years to suppoty our KofC Coats for Kids program. We give each child in need a coat, hat, and gloves for the cold winter months ahead. Great Customer service quick delivery and Great Quality, what else do you need!
The products are very well made and look just like they should. There was a few items on the website that could have used more colors.
