Ordered 2 step wedge from this company and for over a month they told me they were about to ship, well long story short they never shipped and now they will not take my calls. People who order the types of things this company is selling are people who work hard to earn a living. Why are we being lied to when we are spending our hard earned money to buy supplies to go out and earn a living with?

I have contacted Bubba Tool several times, filed a complaint with the BBB. I have been waiting 4 months for the product purchased (they immediately took the funds out the account) and have been told several times this will be refunded. Still nothing. BEWARE OF PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THEM

I ordered a JOBOX steel field office on 1/30/18. The price was cheaper than any I found. I guess you can go back to the old saying "If it seems to good to be true it probably is". Well it definitely is in this case. After I ordered this item Bubba Tools promptly charged my credit card the $1850. 00 price tag. The shipping policy say 8-10 business days for the JOBOX. I wanted that long and a little longer before the first call to ask where my merchandise was. I called and was told the item is in transit to Bubba Tool and my shipping status was updated on the account to filled waiting shipment. This was on 2/28/18. Was told should ship middle of next week. I waited no merchandise arrived. Long story short I have called either weekly or every other week and I am told the same bull$#*! lie every time. It is now 5/10/18 and still NO merchandise, but the bastard have my money for the merchandise. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PIECE OF $#*! COMPANY.

THEY OWE OVER A $1000 TO US, DON'T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. MOST UNEITHICAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I purchased a job box on 12-28-17 they told me I would have it in 2 to 4 weeks by April when I hadn't received my job box I canceled the order and asked for a refund as of today 8-6-18 I have not received my refund and the company will not return my phone calls so be warned but your tools somewhere else This is a piece of S**T company

I've made a lot of online purchases, I knew when I started looking for a tool box I was going to pay a lot for shipping. On a whim, because normally either a website doesn't have a phone number or you end up talking to a call center employee that doesn't know Jack about tool boxes, i wouldn't bother to phone - but they had this "no bull-shipping". Not only did I get to speak to someone at Bubba Tool, but they actually knew what they were talking about AND I got a cheaper shipping rate. It came today and I told them I'd fill out a google survey for them but didn't get one so I thought I'd say kudos here... great price on JoBox and pretty quick shipping considering it came from the factory. Bubba you rock!
