Kastning defrauded me of $10,000 I put on a down payment for a business acquisition. He forged the signature of the buyer. In a direct conversation with the buyer, that individual confirmed he never accepted my offer. I received a civil judgement though I doubt I'll ever be able to collect.

Kastning is a liar and the response below if likely fabricated. He has a long history of criminal and civil judgments against him. I won't even say beware of dealing with him; just avoid dealing with him.

If you give this guy any money at all, kiss it goodbye. We have been trying to get our money back for a year and no luck. It is just one excuse after another. The other reviewer is correct there are eight law suits against him and he has two arrest. Don't do business with Aaron Kastning.

As I read all of this BS on here I began to notice things, similarities that didn't quite add up.

Sure there are some bad reviews out there from a 3-6 year old business when I had with a partnership who out of good faith will remain nameless! I choose to NOT $#*! someone life up without knowing the full facts. All thats here is a bunch of letters put together to tell a story that may or may not be true and I don't even know which one it is because most of it wasn't involved in!

However, I feel for the people on this thread and I myself was taken for 2.5 Million from that said business partner. The different is I move on and don't dwell on it. People, this is Business! Sometimes you get the good sometimes you get the bad. Now I am in NO way admitting Ive done anything wrong, because quite frankly I haven't. My name was on the contract in some cases and in others not.

Furthermore, well over 230 extremely successful mergers and sales, I'm please to say that I have an Impeccable rate of success. Regardless of the small about here and there. If I felt it necessary to make good on them I would however since it was not me personally involved. I (sorry to say this) don't feel bad one bit. We all know that buying a business is not only risky and AN INVESTMENT! Some times you loose. That why they call it an investment.

Just also lost close to 2.5 Million from the main partner in my business! So don't think your the only one, I was a victim too. Yup. It sucks. But I choose to move on rebuild and continue doing what I do best!

I highly dough anyone who has read anything of this has heard of the successful 200+ mergers I facilitated? Nope. Because you what? You only hear about the bad! Why, because you can hide beside your little computer and not face it.

I on the other am facing it! I have faced, I have Moved on... and by doing so my life, soul, and mind it 100% better because of the things Ive learned. I will thrive while least of you dwell. Good luck with that.

Anyway, Aaron Kastning is now doing business under other names like Eric Priest. Be aware. Here is a picture of him so please be careful.

If you go to the better business bureau main site and type in the search bar Aaron Kastning hit enter you will be directed to the BBB in Minnesota. Click on "reviews and complaints". Then click on view customer complaint. At the bottom on the list it will have "bbb is unable to locate..." click on that once and then I had to click on it again to get the following review:

Aaron Kastning of BSW Brokerage acted as a broker for a cleaning company for sale that I made an offer to purchase. After the deal did not go through, he has not repaid my $10,000 deposit. Later conversations with the seller revealed that he lied to both parties about the others' position,... agreement to the deal, and failure to attend meetings in order to defraud me of my deposit. We believe he forged the seller's signature on a letter of intent returned to me in order compel me to make the deposit. Collection attempts have been unsuccessful with a string of excuses, including lost checks from ETrade and accounts locked due to other legal issues. In this process, he sent me a check from his ETrade checking account that I have reason to believe was done with his knowledge that the account had insufficient funds.

This guy is still ripping of people. Please if you are a victim on the fraud perpetrated by Aaron Kastning please list it on site jabber. This is the only way we can stop him.

This guy, Aaron, ordered $2500 dollars of our computer hardware and then did not pay. After chasing him for some time he sent me a paypal account and paid the $2500 from there. The account was not in his name but he said he had cleared it with the actual person the was on the account.

HE HAD NOT! HE WAS TRYING TO PAY US OFF WITH A STOLEN ACCOUNT!

We called paypal hopefully they went after him. We still have not gotten paid.

We found a web site on BSW that we wanted to buy. He told us to send all of the money to a "escrow account" at etrade. Well, we were stupid and send 5% of the funds. Then when he was suppose to deliver, he started to come up with excuse after excuse. He told me some girlfriend from 11 years ago showed up with a kid and lock up the account. Then he got his current girl friend Melody on the phone to back up the story. Non of this was true. He could not and would not give up the child services person handling the case. I wish we had seen these reviews first. When we googled his name site jabber did not come up. If it had I would have never done business with this guy. We are going to report him to law enforcement, I just do not know which one yet.

If you have been taken by this guy, please write a review and help others avoid this person. As the other guy said, I gave him a one star because that is as low as you can go.
