I read all the reviews about a newer car I received plenty of information, but I was undecided, it took a lot of reading, visiting car dealerships and still reviewing car ads, one day I saw a dealership and I was intrigued, so I drove my car to Brunswick, in Ohio. I met Jane Williams, whom I talked with a couple of times, she explained to me what was possible and asked me what kind of car I wanted and showed me what she thought. I saw Jane drive up in a Chrysler 200, black, the color I requested. A 2016 model, so call Jane Williams at Brunswick Auto Mart, *******300 and ask to speak to Jane about a vehicle, I rate the dealership an A++

If you want the worst customer service, go to Brunswick Auto Mart. They like to hang up on customers, if you go inside, they will ignore you. If you reach the operator, she will speak to you rudely enough to hang up on her. I have purchased 3 Ram Trucks and 2 Chrysler 300's and this dealer makes me want to never purchase another Chrysler product, especially NEVER from them. I have purchased vehicles from them, I have spent money for them to work on my vehicles and they definitely have no desire to help or at least be somewhat courteous. Trust me, go somewhere else.
