“Great wine... lousy Customer Service”

I praised Brown Brothers... even sent them an email. Not even an acknowledgement... a lousy thank you for taking the time to comment... nothing. So? No more buying their wines... a little thing like that just pisses me off... lousy Customer Service... why do they have such a Department?
