Unable to describe anything as I haven't received the order as of 29 October 20.

Attempted to make a partial return the day I received the package. Had my call returned the following day. Lady was armed & ready to not give me a refund at all costs. Wouldn't let me speak, talked over me, tried to blame me, told me item was not faulty even though she had not even inspected it. If her agenda was to keep my money at all costs - she succeeded. If her goal was to sell me a fantastic product that I loved - she failed. I was practically yelled at and chastised like a child.

Julia the owner rang today after seeing my initial review and was genuinely concerned about my experience. Listened and seemed to understand my frustration. Was quite lovely and I'd recommend if anyone has any issues to make contact with her. She seems to really care about her business and customer's experience.
I'd have to say that this experience has not put me off future purchases, but I'd probably buy in store not online to avoid any complication. The products I exchanged for were really beautiful and excellent value.

Disappointed that the bangle I received did not match the advertised photo. I realise all pearls are individual in colour and lustre etc, but the ones I received were much paler in colour and not as true as I expected.

Chain/tie was broken when removed from package. I emailed company but no reply

They do not respond to emails or refund requests. I was charged a lot more than sale price advertised and although happy with the product I was overcharged $90. When requesting a refund of the difference as they have a 120 day refund policy, I have not had a response.

I loved the style so ordered the earrings in sterling silver. I received the incorrect product which was disappointing and created a lot of inconvenience to me having to take time out of my work day to go to the Post Office and return the incorrect item by Registered Post. I emailed the the email address on the website twice to report the error but received no reply. I finally rang the phone number listed and spoke with Susie who was very helpful. Its a pain when you work full time to have to go to the Post Office to collect the original delivery as I was not at home. I then had to go to the Post Office to return the item and then return again to the Post Office to collect the correct order as once again, I wasn't at home when it was delivered. The earrings are lovely though and Susie was very apologetic for the error.

A bit disappointed. The gold plated strand is a bit tarnished. Obviously been stocked for a while. Happy for the free gift. Thanks.

I was very disappointed when I received my pendant as the chain was not the same as the picture in ad.

Was a little disappointed when my earrings arrived. They are much smaller than shown in the photo & I was particularly wanting the pear shaped pearl but got a rounded one

I thought the size of the Pink Pearl Earrings that I ordered were a lot smaller than they were meant to be, very disappointed. I will think twice next time about buying the earrings.

Disappointed with crappy packaging and delivery time

Arrived promptly but the product did not really resemble the photo, the phot showed pearls on nice leather strands the strands resembled strands that looked cheap and nasty almost like a thin plastic substance.

I received my order excellent product and service I would recommend Broome Staircase Designs. I will certainly use them again. Thank you Shirley.

I am very sick with cancer snd the constant emails create an annoyance. Even this email after I've unsubscribed is intrusive.

I ordered what I thought was blue peacock studs earrings to match the mabe pearl that I also ordered. But sadly they didn't match earrings black pearls button type. Maybe my mistake not sure but was a bit disappointed also the quality of the free necklace was disappointing it does say somewhere on the site that they would match the colour. Anyway not sure if I will order again.

I purchased a pendant online and it arrived the next day. Super quick. The pendant was bigger than I thought it would be and the size of the pearls on the boab tree where too big. The shell base that the Boab gold tree was backed by was not fixed to the tree and was free to move around. I would have been happier if the tree was fixed to the shell and the whole thing was smaller.

It was difficult and confusing at check out and I nearly gave up the purchase.

The picture on your website show the pearl as black not the light blue I received. It does state in the description the pearl has blue tones. I should know better than to shop on websites as descriptions are not always accurate. I will gift this piece to someone else. In future I will invest in more expensive pieces maybe that might work. Thank you.

Really disappointed as it is a present for my granddaughter on 31st May. Does not look anything like photo / I am so sad as its her 10th birthday- the packaging is horrible & it took 14 days to reach me.

I bought a present for someone called Koby L - she is not the customer nor the buyer... I sent no less than 4 emails concerning this mix-up. I used paypal so it should be obvious even if your website mixed us up, I would probably use your web-site again for my other daughter in law - but... mmm
She did receive her bracelet in good time however and I believe she likes it... Catherine M
