I made a mistake in sizing my ring and asked if it could be swapped. They phoned me personally to arrange a replacement ring. The lady was so friendly and helpful. I'm so happy with the other two items I bought also. They're gorgeous. Very happy customer who will definitely be back later for a string of pearls necklace.
The earrings are half the size of previous sets purchased, I have written to the company twice and not had the courtesy of a reply so far, the 2nd email was sent only yesterday with a photo attached of the earrings previously purchased and the ones received this week. A very poor performance so far! These are the 4th time I have purchased, I ordered the same size, a little dearer which is not unexpected. I am very disappointed and want to return them
Very average Fixtures, look better in the video, and don't get excited with the special free piece - All cheap mass-produced. What you expect to find in a Chinese market.

Unfortunately the clasp is faulty on the black neoprene necklace. The neoprene came out of the silver clasp, so aren't confident in wearing it.

Hi Kay we have tracked your package it was shipped the same day you ordered, Australia Post has made error along the way and its still in transit it got delayed in Perth
I eagerly bought a bracelet approximately 3 June and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I live in Broome and apparently it has been sent via Perth and is in the mail distribution centre. Happy to give a review when I receive the bracelet.
Very poor service loved the pearls didn't received the gift box gift wrapping or peal care, when I phone to say they were for a gift and that's why I order the box with the staircase and gift wrapping the lady who I spoke to said they didn't have any left,,,,,,,,, REALLY!

The necklace you purchased didn't fit into the packaging that we had left with the Staircase Logo on it and unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays with our custom packaging. We did provide an alternative gift box for the necklace

The earrings I bought are much smaller than anticipated, much smaller than they looked online. More like children's earrings. Huge disappointment. You should have something in the picture to show size.

We noticed that you ordered FWE3453 - these earrings have two options in regard to sizes 10-11mm and 12mm+ - Perhaps you didn't click on the dropdown window where it gives you the option to choose sizes? Perhaps you meant to order the bigger pair? Anyway, we will email you today :)

I am a little dissapointed I have bought a few pieces of your jewellery and it comes in such terrible packaging, l think it could come in a little better packing at the moment it just looks cheap and nasty and your is not l love it and please l don't take offence I just think your jewellery deserves better packaging.

The design of the ring looks quite big in the images, but was not expecting it to look that small in real. I think it is not worth the price I paid for it.

The item arrived in a timely fashion but disappointed because I cannot clasp unless someone helps.
Thus us the second pair I've had. Each time, one of the pearls has come off. Right now. I'm wearing one from each pair.
Hi Dianne, sorry to hear that you have had issues, the setting of pearls can sometimes come away and we will happily reset or replace if this occurs in our warranty period.
I wasn't satisfied with the service. I was purchasing some items for a colleague's retirement gift and every time I added the items in interest to my cart to organise payment with my manager, the price would increase overnight, and then as soon as I would remove it from the cart, the price came back down overnight. This was increasing by a considerate amount too, over $100 increase as they can see when the item is in your cart, they bump the price up to catch you, hoping you don't realise. Other than trying to trick you into paying more, I also wasn't satisfied with the packaging and presentation of the purchase, we spent over $450+ and the jewellery came in ziplock bags inside a cheap organza bag (the necklace pendant did not come with a display chain either.) I was disappointed with the presentation for the amount of money we spent. I noticed at checkout that jewellery boxes were an additonal purchase, but this shouldn't be the case for the price of the items, a $4 box would have made gifting your products a much more enjoyable experience, for the purchaser and the recipent. I would not shop from this store again.

The website has automated sales which are always changing, which is there reason you would have had differing prices on products each time you visit the site. As for the packaging, we minimise the packaging to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum. If it is a gift and you let us know via notes on the order, we do make an extra effort.
Ordering was easy but I'm yet to receive item.

Hi Shayne, I can see that you ordered on the 21st November 2020, and the order was processed and shipped on the 23rd November to NSW and was delivered on the 1st December 2020. Therefore your order took 6 days to arrive, which is awesome considering COVID. We hope you are happy with your purchase now that you have received it.

The quality is what I expected but the clasp is cheap and tiny to the point I cannot open it

Pearls too heavy and roll to the back of the wrist when wearing it,! All you see is the clasp.!
