The owner of this website offers "handmade" jewelry. I purchased 2 rings months ago. I have written numerous emails asking for and estimate time of arrival OR a refund and still have received neither. She just takes my money and vanishes. I recommending NOT buying her jewelry, since there is a distinct possibility that there isn't any. In one email response, over 30 days after I payed, I was told that the "supplies" weren't ordered yet! Nothing for the last week as I hound her just to respond. More like Brilliant Dullness. These people are a joke. --- UPDATE: The rings arrived today, June 8th, 2015, 6 weeks late. I am shocked, I was sure they were not a legit business! Well, don't be 6 weeks late delivering jewelry to a retailer! Too bad she can't deliver on time (in any definition of the phrase), because the rings look great (if they are real! Jk) Gonna give the world's slowest and most painful purchase 2 stars, revised from having only one! Good job brilliantsnails! (By the way, she did not give a refund nor any compensation for being 6 weeks late, even though I hounded her with dozens of emails demanding a refund for the last 3 weeks.) I would of never received the rings had I not begged her for a refund endlessly and threaten to contact her local Attorney General. That's when she got them done all of a sudden! Brilliantlazydays
