When I arrived home after Hector informed me that he was finished, I was appalled at the lack of professionalism in his work. The only difference between the before and after he power washed my patio is that it was wet... absolutely no stains were removed. When I confronted him about my dissatisfaction, he said that it was the best he could do... even with his professional power washer. I expressed my extreme disappointment, but he did not seem to care. Two days later, I cleaned my patio and was able to remove all of the stains. I have after-pictures of his work and after-pictures of my work, if anyone is interested.
