I dont know if they only have less than a handful of people but they dont really respond well email wise. Been a customer for years, sad to say it hasn't improved. I remember I ordered some stuff few years ago. My purchase didn't come all at the same time. Never advised me when the rest of it will come & I lost track. Oh they did eventually came but it took maybe over 6 months? I am happy with their products Pravana altho' I wish they bring back their violets line.

The reason for my score of 2 in my review is as follows. I time my hair dye purchases in an as needed basis, I have been ordering the same color for years, I know the number by heart. I thought I would give Brighton a try. Brighton took longer than most supply places but I did not mind as I did not need it right away. But what was extremely disappointing that when it came it was the wrong color. I emailed and called immediately, they said it was the color ordered and that I was more than welcome to send it back at my expense. No one was available to speak with. Needless to say I will not order from them again and I immediately ordered through House of Beauty and received it in half the time and I received the right color Double check all orders when ordering from Brighton
Tip for consumers:
Please double check your orders, returns will be at your own expense. Not sure who’s fault it was but I have been ordering the same product and same color for years but received the wrong color. And told I could return at my own expense. It took a lot longer than most to get product and customer service is lacking.

The seller didn't called me back or replied to my emails. Would not recommend it to anyone. It's a rip off.
Ordered products January 7, they charged card immediately. A month later I disputed the charge which must have got someone's attention as the stuff came in TWO MONTHS later.
They didn't ship my order. When i checked online it showed as "on hold". Why didn't they send me an email saying there was a problem? I will tell you why. They didn't bother ever responding to emails inquiring about the order and the phone doesn't even pick up during there stated business hours. I am just worried that they have my credit card info. But i am happy they didn't send me what might have been counterfeit products.
I placed my order, waited a week without any shipment notice, then I emailed them and they replied saying the product is on backorder but gave me a shipping date. The product did not ship on that date so two days after I emailed again, didn't get a reply but two days after got a shipment notification. When I received the order it was NOT what I ordered. I bought a shampoo and conditioner with biosilk oil. I got a completely different shampoo and conditioner and got hair dye. I am fully prepared to file a claim through my credit card because I don't see them trying to hurry to fix this error. Yikes, I buy a lot of stuff online and for the most part nothing like this happens. This is new to me.
They billed my credit card right away.

They should NOT bill a credit card if the product is on back-order.
It took over ten days for my order to ship after I paid for it. Then another week for it to arrive. VERY, very slow!
The website actually good - it's their customer service that needs a tweek. I ordered (2) Sexy Hair Curly Sexy Hair Moisturizing Shampoo 33.8oz for $7.95 each along with (2) bottles of conditioner priced at $18.95. They called me and told me that they had mis-priced the shampoo and that they were going to have to charge me the difference (it should have been priced at $18.95 also). I had never bought this product before so I wouldn't have noticed a discrepancy to begin with. Since this was their error, they should have honored the price and let me know that going forward the price would be different. A company with good customer service skills would have done this. I told them to cancel the order. Just beware...
