Not very responsive to resolve errors. Moreover, how it sources information is quite a question mark. I personally have to wonder if WebRoot is using their software as a source leading to some real questions of ethics regarding conflict of interest. Does WebRoot report their customers as being a threat to BrightCloud... in other words screwing over the people who have paid them money to "protect" them. Or does WebRoot not report their customers as being a threat to BrightCloud... in other words failing the BrightCloud users.

The Url checker shows my website is a month old although it is well over 2 months old. The Webroot browser extension which uses the same data to show the security rating of websites is basing its rating off the same incorrect information.
If you cannot show accurate information about a website, then you shouldn't provide that service. It could potentially cause a business to lose sales. Worst thing about it is there is no one to contact who will actually try to help or explain. There is an automated submission system that gives unrelated canned answers. Not good!
