This was just a horrible experience in general. After I ordered my beautiful wedding dress in their website and waited like a month for it, it finally arrived. I rushed to open the bag and try it on ( considering my wedding was less than 3 weeks away).
The dress was and still is an absolute disappointment, a joke, a horrible material and everything terrible. Honestly it doesn't even work for wearing it at Halloween. It is an absolute lack of professionalism and respect for us, the customers. It wasn't a cheap dress and I thought that because it had a. co.nz website it was secure. Well it isn't. Anybody from anywhere can open an co.nz website.

Do not purchase from them! I I purchased a dress from them because the site that I usually get the dress from discontinued it. Happy that I found the dress, I purchased it from them, thinking it was the same dress. Their "copy" of the dress is just the shell of the dress. How do I know? I have the same dress in black from Lightinthebox.com. The dress is a TS Couture dress. A mermaid style dress, it should have a lining with a tulle slip to make it flare at the bottom. I was told by BridalFeel that their dress doesn't include the slip... only the taffeta on the outside. This dress was more expensive than the other too. I asked for a partial refund to get the dress altered to have the slip put in it and was told that they make dresses from pictures... NOT GOOD! Now, I have to pay more than $100 to have it altered to look the way it is supposed to look or purchase the dress again from the other site (sadly, after I paid for this one, they decided to offer the dress again), which would be just about the same. WARNING - YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but i have been trying to get some cooperation from this company for about a week. It took three days for them to respond to my first complaint when I asked to return the dress. Of course, returning it, I would have to pay for it, which from the US costs between $92-$200 depending on which service you use, so I asked for a partial refund to help cover alterations to add the slip and was declined.

I am very dissatisfied with this company and they never have to worry about me purchasing from them again. BY THE WAY... THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE PAYPAL AS THE SITE STATES. YOU PAY THROUGH ANOTHER SERVICE, IN WHICH YOU ARE CHARGED FEES. I PAID AN ADDITIONAL $5 IN FEES.
