I bought 4 pcs of their luggage from their Milan store in vittorio Emanuel 3 years ago. Out of 4- 3 have either broken, or have cracks in the material. Brics blatantly refused to honour their warranty. They did not even physically look at my luggage and issued a letter saying that it was not an issue of quality but mishandling. Their customer service representatives are outrighly rude. They are asking for 95 euros for repair! Don't ever but Brics. They only look good- quality and service the worst one can imagine.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this luggage company. I placed an order for three pieces of luggage six weeks ago and paid immediately, but I have yet to receive the goods. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I have received no response. It is unfathomable to me that in this day and age, a company cannot provide any information on whether they have shipped a product. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this brand to anyone. The lack of communication and customer service is appalling.

Ordered from the Bric's official website and did not even think their return policy would be as horrible as it was since they sell this brand in TJ Maxx and Amazon. You have to pay to have it returned and a 20% restocking fee. Cost more to ship back than it was worth and they do not care-I did not like the quality-again they do not care. As an Italian I am ashamed of this brand...BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased 2 nice looking shiny Luggages from Brics Brand which I hardly ever used ( 1-2 times). Three of the 4 handles have their mould crumbles and disintegrates same way even one of the side handles. I paid to fix them in their recommended store. The company refused to pay/fix the handles and own the poor and defective material and replace the handles because they are beyond their 5 years warranty. I emailed the company a number of times with no avail. Will never consider buying from this brand.

Tip for consumers:
Poor quality Handles three of the 4 handles disintegrated while hardly ever used.

Bric's does not back-up there warranty, I was told by their own repair centers that it is almost impossible to get any luggage covered. My suitcase plastic support on the bottom totally gave out and they say it is not a defect. I have never had that happen to any of my other luggage, obviously a defect in the material used. As you can see by the pics It is in perfect condition inside and out, no abuse. I cant imagine what they consider a defect. I could understand if it was torn, crushed etc. This is a piece of luggage and if the frame cant support the bag, definitely the wrong material.

They won't help you with anything that goes wrong. I tried to contact them many times about issues with my pruchase but the girl was very rude and - she hung up on me and would never answer emails.

I had bought a BRICS trolley bag from an authorised store in Singapore in 2019. It is in immaculate condition, used sparingly. The handle (probably made our of PU), cracked - clearly defective.
Although the product carries 5 yr warranty the BRICS cust care team simply refuses to accept the defect and would like me to pay Euro 47 for a replacement handle. Even after sharing detailed images of the full bag and explaining the defect, they are JUST NOT BOTHERED.

Terrible experience - good bag - but pathetic customer care - BE CAREFUL.

I bought a nice backpack Life Zaino SERENA from Bric's in Milan & after few months my item was broken. I send an E-Mail with pictures to you and they told me that the driver will pick up my item and they will fix it - sounds great. Then no answer from them after that. Just NOTHING! When I asked (E-Mail, WhatsApp, Facebook) they are saying to me: ''still checking'', how many months are you checking! Because is already more than 4 months!
And you Bric's Company are telling to us that you are a premier luxury travel brand!
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!
And I will tell to all my family and friends about your company.

NEVER I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
