This device has saved me a lot of headache and worries by being able to see where my car is at all times. It's very accurate and well worth the money. Thanks.
After purchasing two units, we had the first one attached to my dad's car and they told us 214.00 a year. We paid it, now the second one attached to my mother's car. Now they are saying that it is 161. Every three months. They are out of their minds.

Excellent product - works without any hitches right from the box. Went to website and setup the various settings I wanted to keep track of. Already received various tracking reports as well as alerts to test the app and unit. Tracking my HD sportster just in case someone wants to take a ride without my permission <grin>
Tip for consumers:
Need to fully charge unit prior to use. Other than this, just position unit on the item you wish to track. Then, you can select the various tracking criteria you wish to track from the website. Works great - tried various settings and alerts - no problems.

I researched a GPS and contacted Brickhouse Security to inquire regarding various products. I spoke with a Rep "Adam G". He was very professional and took the time to describe each product available. I elected to place the order by phone which was processed directly. Love it! Needed to purchase two, so that we have no down-time when the other nano is charging. It is about 90% accurate with addresses. Inexpensive, and is helping track evidence in a divorce situation. Would recommend this product.

Very good & professional service on both orders by Adam G. And Janice. Seems to work well. Both iphone app and webpage tracking very simple--a very nice surprise. Just logged in and was already tracking. Device is not large and is black, so hides easily on vehicle frame. Got the "on demand" service plan and is fine for my purpose.

The website wouldn't let me choose the $9.99 a month service plan, defaulting instead to a $24/month plan. I called and Janice set me up with the lower plan and added the 10% discount code that popped up with the online ordering service. She also gave me her direct number if I need any help with the product. Very professional!
