After purchasing two units, we had the first one attached to my dad's car and they told us 214.00 a year. We paid it, now the second one attached to my mother's car. Now they are saying that it is 161. Every three months. They are out of their minds.

Brickhouse has been good with delivery and service. I got these as a replacement for an older model. Something different that I would like to see put back is the timestamp option. On the predecessor you can turn the time stamp on and off. I usually like it off so it doesn't block the picture. On this new model its always on and is huge. It takes up to much space. Except for that, the the image is very high quality and the sunglasses are easy to use.

So far all is good. I hope the products hold up although some of the instructions leave a lot to desire.

I think you ship me the wrong GPS tracker. I leave in Canada but I order from Florida. I would like to use my GPS in Canada only.

What can I do?

The only issue I have is the Bullitt cameras only tilt one way I need cameras that tilt up and down and side to side.it makes it hard to mount on wall and see down the side of the building.
