After purchasing two units, we had the first one attached to my dad's car and they told us 214.00 a year. We paid it, now the second one attached to my mother's car. Now they are saying that it is 161. Every three months. They are out of their minds.
I have been using their GPS device for awhile now and it has its good and bad days. It will stop tracking at times and it use to would show me more of the landscape surroundings but now it only shows the place on the map. It just started this about 3 months ago and ion like it bc I be wanting to see. I have to keep calling the maintenance line to get it started again.
You guys were great delivery sucks! Finally received my package 5 days late. Brick house security refunded my shipping pain my request, when it didn't arrive on second day as per paid shipping!
The product arrived as promised, but activation did not begin until 3 days after I made payment. Activation should occur immediately upon payment.

Hi, just received my device and i activated it with no problem. I do like the websites dashboard, its easy to follow. The only issue i have with it is that the device is in my vehicle a secured indoor garage but the network cannot detect the device.

I bought two mini usb charging cameras. They both will not link to the apple app.
I even tried typing the super long UID in by hand. I looked on line for a training video and only see video for an older model. BH's other items have been good. Will try tech support next. Instructions can only be read with a magnifying glass (not kidding) reduced down to 2 pt type.

Eon 3.0 said battery will last for 100 days without charge but it can be used for 30 days without charge and it is depend how to track the device the more we track the less time for battery. The location is not accurate, it is about couple address from location of device.

The system is set up so that at any given time at least four satellites are within the view of any point on the planet. Usually, there will be more. The simple answer is that the more satellites your tracker can see, the more accurate its position will be. As the number of satellites in view changes, so will your tracker's accuracy. The order was very fast, and i am very happy with that, however 2 of the cameras are defective. Can I exchange them. One is very blurred, and when i inserted the micro chip it fell inside and could not be removed. Sincerly, Claude Self *******704
Overall I am content with my purchase and I feel as if it is working as it said it would. Two things that dissapointed me was that when I ordered online the service plans options were not available. So I wasnt aware of the huge price differences from the plans. From the plans I was looking into the prices were $300/year and $120/year. Big difference. And I could even spend more. I dont like there are plans that the company makes for people who spend more. I wish they offered a plan that had all the perks of the $40/per month for a low price that was mostly affordable for anyone. The $10 a month plan is almost useless.
Another thing I wasnt aware of is that their customer service is outsourced. People who it seems dont really know product first hand. At least in my 3 times that I called they were all like that. The representatives on the phone and even chat just seemed like they were reading the manual that I had in my hand and had a difficult time answering my question which the answer could not be found in the manual. Overall, if I pay more per month, which adds up to considerably more over the course of a year, I can have an amazing product. Unfortunately I cant afford to spend that much so it makes it like Im not getting all the use from my product. Im sure there is some change in prices from Verizon because of the excess data usage, but Im sure its not that much more. Brick house is making a killing on the monthly plans when customers pay for the most expensive plan. Pass some savings on to customers.
Overall good product. Just wish monthly service plans were more affordable to reap the benefits of my tracker
