I was having recurring issues with my Word Press site going down for about 6 months. Each time the site went down it was a big hassle to get my web Developer to figure out what the problem was and fix it. The root of the Problem was obviously never solved because the site continued to have Problems. I rely on my website for new busies and I just could not afford To have this same issue continue to take money out of my pocket in the Future. When I spoke to Jim on the phone he was very Personable and answered all of my questions, which really helped, given I am Not a 'computer person' and having that person to person explanation of What he would do really helped.
