This is my 5th+ time shopping online with Breakout Bras over the years. The shop was originally recommended to me on Reddit (/r/abrathatfits). It has been a life saver! Standardized UK sizes aside, I really appreciate the owner's reviews of most bras, ease of returns, the points / rewards system, frequency of sales, etc. The owner's reviews are always spot on when recommending to size up/down based on body type or or otherwise. I only wish I lived near the physical location so I could express my gratitude in person. Thanks Breakout Bras team!
This was my second fitting/purchase at breakout. My bra cups are too large and the straps will not stay up. I have only worn the bra twice because it is uncomfortable. I believe my fitter may have been a new employee. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money since I am unable to use the bra. My first visit was favorable.
I'm used to having a selection of my favorite styles in my size but there weren't any available this last time shopping. Usually I love breakout bras but I can't buy if they don't carry what I need.
The staff were helpful and pleasant while I was there but it seems rediculous to pay so much for a bra that I had for a year only to have it come unstitched. I hand washed it and air dried it but it still came apart. Poor product if you ask me. I prefer Dillards and Victoria Secret any day over Breakout.
Customer service was helpful before ordering, however, the bras are not supportive enough for 38DDD. Wish they had 3 hooks in the back. I've tried wearing them a couple times and just not enough support

We wanted to reach out to you and let you know why the site is not showing items available in all sizes available to order/backorder. Currently, our site is transitioning with a new system, and we have experienced a few issues (including no one being able to order at all, although this issues has since
Been resolved). We are still working through these bugs.
For the time being, we have turned off the ability to backorder items due to uncertain time frames from suppliers, since almost all of our vendors have ceased shipments due to circumstances arising from COVID-19. We are unsure how long items would remain on backorder, and have therefore decided to stop offering backordered products for the time being. On our website, when something on backorder is ordered, the customer is automatically charged for the item. Since we cannot say with certainty how long the current crisis will affect all of us, we did not want to hold anyone's funds for an uncertain length of time. Backordered sizes and colors will return to the website as soon as possible, depending entirely on when our suppliers resume shipments.
