I wanted to order their Apolis tote since they have it for a good price ($52) as opposed to $62-68 compared to other retailers and the manufacturer. I read their FAQ and they claim that USA gets free shipping. I proceeded to add the tote into my shopping bag and when I checked out and entered my address, I realized my total was $59 and change. I immediately scrolled down and realized I got charged almost $8 in shipping! What?! So I emailed them and waited the whole day for them to reply back. No response. I posted on their Facebook, no response yet. I was so disappointed. There are no phone numbers so I can't contact them either. Too bad, the bag is super cute but I guess I'll just save my money and buy the bag (but with a different graphic on the front) elsewhere. Not worth dealing with the hassle of this abysmal customer service.
