The shoes are great, with high heels, but comfortable. The shop sent pictures and a film with instructions how to measure a foot in a proper way. The service is excellent, Maria is a very nice and helpful person. If my "samba carrier" devellops I'd definitelly shop there again. Strongly recommend the site!

I've been using this store for years for little projects. Staff (Maria) is friendly and courteous. If you're outside of Brazil, try to give yourself lots of time for shipping of you want to receive your product on time.
Very good customer service. I was always answered my requests on time and Maria was very patient and helpful. I got my shoes on time and they are very comfortable and strong. The only minus is that the color is already peeling off in the heal after the first time I worn them.

Hi Carmen, yes, we just got the email yesterday about the peeling of the paint. This is quite unusual and it will happen when shoes are stored for a long time, which could have been the case when we ordered from the cobbler. We will gladly exchange the shoes if you send it back for us, however the new shoes will come directly from Rio as in California we are sold out of that style.
