I booked my flight through Bravofly and received the confirmation after a couple of minutes. The staff were helpful and followed up on my request. So yeah it wasn't that terrible.
Rubbish website, take money very fast within 3 mins straight say booking cancelled, in the end I double confirm, they already know there is no slot on the plane as I checked with other providers before them, but they still take money first then say they will refund next time, the way this company does this is so embarrassing, where is the professionalism
No confirmation of the booking from Bravofly.de after 75hours. Communication should be improved. At the end everything worked out though, but with quite some headache.
I have mixed up my first name and last name on the ticket to Canada (taking ANA)which is scheduled on 12/6. Less than a week time, I am so worried that bravofly can't reply me promptly and help me to change the ticket name. (It should be Wing Yiu, Tam but I have typed Tam Wing Yiu) and I have emailed to them today. Does anyone have the same experience of mixing up the first name and last name on ticket? What should I do for now?

I am writing this review to inform people never to book with this company. I cancelled a flight back in January and received an e-mail informing me that I would receive a refund. However 3 and half months later and there is still no refund. I have contacted bravofly at least 3 times a month and I still get the same answer that the airline as not refunded them. Can anybody give me some advice on who I can contact to get this resolved. Can I contact ATOL although there are no ATOL registration markings on bravofly website.?

The big problem was not being able to reserve seats when I booked the flights. All the other sights have a choice to pick the seats. By the time I went to the American Airlines sight to pick the seats, they were taken so now my family of five are not sitting near each other and I never would have booked the flight if I knew this was going to happen.
I found a good flight and so did my partner. We paid for the first and then tried paying for the second and credit cards were declined. I checked with my credit card provider and was told they automatically flag purchases from this website due to the amount of fraud they get here.
When I had a question that I wanted to contact Bravofly about, there is no Canadian telephone number to call, I would have had to call internationally.
Al that said, I had no problem checking in for my flights, everything I had selected on the website was what I received.
