Bräu Supply

After doing a lot of online shopping I came across the Bräusupply website and YouTube videos. I absolutely love my new Brewing equipment and all the support I have received (brewing is new to me) when brewing my first batch. I have made several batches since and am looking forward to trying some new recipes. Thank you Steven

Terrible experience. I ordered a system that costs over $2500 over two months ago. I received an email stating that they were having difficulty finding a container to ship the system from asia (so much for producing it "in house") over a month ago to which I have received no updates. When I tried to get answers, their chat system broke mid conversation, they will not answer my emails, and they have not called me despite my requests. I am trying to cancel my order which is impossible with the lack of communication. Save yourself the trouble that I went through and go through Spike or SS Brewtech unless you want to loan Brau Supply a few grand for 2-3 months and live in limbo.
