Bras are pretty decent prices when you get a sale, they ship internationally from the UK and delivery is about 2 weeks to Canada. The customer service is really efficient, and the staff is friendly. Only downside is that the sizing is a little off on some products so reading the product reviews is sometimes the only way to know if your size will fit or be too small/big. This is my go to site, I love it!
My package was received 6 working days ago to their factory/depot and has not been processed as a return. I have proof with tracking when they received it. Meaning if you are making payments through clearpay etc then beware, you will be making your payment and returns will not have been processed. I posted on same day to freya same tracked service and refund was initiated 48hrs later and received within 72. Won't be ordering again from Brastop.

After purchasing one bra, the next day my account had many fraudulent charges using the same bank card that I used to buy it.
Someone in their company fraudulently used my bank card and I had to dispute for several days.
They were the only place that I had made a charge that week, so I know it was them.

I just love the selection, the prices, the size range, the delivery rates and time! There are just two brick-and-mortar stores in my whole country that sometimes may carry my size, so I'm doomed to shop online, and Brastop is one of the best places for that!
So I ordered from this website in hopes but they would make a bra size that would fit me 34 HH they said they did so I ordered from them. They don't fit so I tried to return/ exchange them. There nowhere close fitting and cost $30 to send them back. Definitely not worth the $160 I spent on them.
I have ordered a couple items form them with no problem. On my last order 1 item was missing. They shipped another one to me without any hassle. When i didn't receive that one they shipped 2 more to me with tracking. I have nothing bad to say about them
Order 1st order never again a week not received my items taking too long won't be ordering again from Brastop definitely a stop.
