Went well. We're not yet positive, due to COVID19, whether we will still be able to travel and secure our scheduled lodging for this trip, our honeymoon. It's been a messed up year. If there is any chance to get open ended ticket dates during 2020, we would appreciate it. We were so looking forward to seeing shows and Silver Dollar and other attractions. Please let us know what attractions and shows are currently open and safe. Thank you.
We were excited to be coming to Branson in November since I haven't been anywhere in 2 years except for hospitals. We purchased tickets for The Haygoods in July after telling them of my health issues. They assured me we would be well-cared for. Tonight I'm sitting in the audience writing this review in the second to the last row as far to the side as we could get without being in the parking lot. Thanks Bransonshows.com for ruining my one and only chance to ever see this Family perform. I hope anyone reading this will reconsider purchasing anything from these people. They suck!
Good service. The tickets at Samson had to be changed at the Box office because one in our group (82 year old) could not climb any stairs. I had mentioned this when I originally ordered the tickets from you and the person who sold us the tickets said that the balcony did not have any steps. That was not the case. The folks at Sight and Sound were very gracious and changed the tickets for us.
very pleasant when I went in to get tickets for Absolutely Country, Definitely Gospel... The show was outstanding and would recommend to anyone. Loved the food, atmosphere, singing and interaction with crowd.
The personnel were very courteous and helpful when ordering over the phone. We got excellent seats and were very happy with the show and tour we booked. We wouldn't have known about the tour had we not called, and the price was better than we could have gotten any other way. The only disappointment was that we had to pick up our vouchers at the store in Branson. Since there is not a separate line for prepaid tickets, we had to wait (and wait, and wait) while customers ahead of us in line took a great deal of time choosing their seats. Once we did get to the counter, the woman helping us appeared to be taking a personal call over her headset while getting our vouchers. Fortunately her multitasking did not seem to slow her down. We were, however, quite rushed trying to get to our tour on time even though we thought we had left early enough to simply collect our tickets and leave. The tour and the show made up for the difficulty getting tickets.
My family and I enjoyed all the shows we attended and the front row seats for two of the events were fabulous. The attendant at the ticket counter were we picked up our tickets was friendly and very helpful when we asked questions about other events. We will recommend Branson to all our family and friends as a place to visit. All the sales persons in the stores we entered were friendly and helpful if we had a question.
My only issue is with the area 'discount' card. I couldn't use it anywhere I went. One place used to take it but hasn't in 3 years but it's still listed in the book. They seriously need to update it because it was absolutely useless to me.
The "ordering" experience was very satisfactory. The agent was knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Hopefully, the results will be just as satisfying. I am waiting for more information regarding the details of what I was promised.
I had everything figured out as to where to stay and shows to see. Steve was quick to make our reservations and saved us a few dollars. We were excited to hear we were getting free tickets to the Inspiration tower. They became unavailable and we were disappointed, but I guess we could not blame him. Wish he had known.
Seems like there has been a change from Branson getaway to Sav on Branson and the packages are getting a little tiresome with regards to the hotel accommodation and shows that are offered. Previously the packages included a complimentary meal at either a restaurant or local buffet, this has been discontinued.
When Branson get away called they said we were special VIP guests and wou;ld get 4 nite stay but when vacation cert arrived it was only good for 3 nites. We have had the shopping card and don.t find it to be of much value to us but it may be useful to others?.
I still see some value in the packages but they are becoming less appealing. Not sure if I would purchase another package again.
The customer service was great! We couldn't do the mini golf because it was closed, but we were compensated with a meal. They were always friendly and willing to help if there was an issue.
The only negative is when I look at show info and then go back to the complete show listings, I have to change the date every time. It does not stay on the selected dates.
For free tickets we had to go to a 90 minute presentation for timeshare that we didn't buy and was not given to us So we had to pay for it on our anniversary a show and dinner that was the bad part of it
Would recommend a location to provide seating preferences for the shows purchased. Many folks, especially seniors, feel more secure when they know they can address special needs.
We very much enjoyed the shows and dinner theaters we attended. We were able to attend 4 shows and we really enjoyed them all. I feel sure we will be returning to Bronson again.
The price for one of our tickets was more when I received the actual ticket. Was supposed to be $63.76 and it was $70.12. Didn't know you charged for your service!!!
The customer service guy Cameron, answered all my questions. And was really helpful in getting our tickets to go see Legends. Which was great .
There aren't directions on the confirmation letter where to pick up the tickets, what seats we have or the address of the event, only the name.
We moved to NWA approx 3 years ago. Coming to Branson for a day trip, not an extended holiday. The response from BransonShowTickets.com make reference to someone having a vacation, which we are not.
I was surprised that we didn't print out our tickets from home. I guess it's just the letter we print out.

Only problem was unable to see seating chart and pick our seats. Requested center/front. Hopefully we'll get it!
Everything was really pretty simple and all went well. The only thing I don't care for is the trying to push time share deals on you. But luckily since my husband was not along that "disqualified" me.
The only complaint I had was the night we stopped to get our tickets there just wasn't enough desk help for the lines. When dealing with an older crowd sometimes it takes a little more explanation and direction to get them where they want to be and if there had been more desk help the line could flow a little faster. Other than that once I reached the desk it was right in, got my tickets, got directions and out you go! Oh, I guess my other issue was which line to stand in. It wasn't super clear and everyone walking in was asking the same question. Other than that it was good!
I had problems when putting information in the Special Requests box. If I did not enter the "Special info" to the request box at the beginning when I first entered the tickets to the "Add to Cart" box, I was unable to edit that information later when I was reviewing the information.
I like that option to be able to get the discount. However, for whatever reason it came accross to me that when I payed I was guaranteed my spot. Now I am under the impression that it truly is not reserved but more or less like a request. I think that if you are acting as the middle man that you should back up with the offers you are giving. Or did I misunderstand?
Had trouble when page disappeared. Had to retype all data except shows wanted. They were still in the shopping cart.
Did not like that I could not see my order while putting in credit card information. Nor get a pre-order page before confirmation page
Not sure what the other fee was for after I clicked the order. But, it is our first time to this show. Thanks! Hopefully aisle seat request and sitting together can be granted. Appreciate your time.
I just hope and pray this is not dependent on a timeshare view...just bringing my grandsons on vacation.
