Branson Show Tickets

Be aware read the fine print if you make reservations at this website you cannot get a full refund if you use them you will only get a partial refund you will get a credit if you call within 48 hours but you still have to use all that money to make reservations for something else if you happen to find cheaper tickets to me this is false advertising and somewhat of a scam. Just be aware read the fine print before using this website.

Went online to what I thought was Sight and Sound and the Branson Shows pops up! Rather than the Approximate $57, I was charged $86 and they did not give me my Military discount! Stay away from these sorry people! I have talked to Sight and Sound and they say that there is not a lot they can do! Going to file a complaint directly to Sight and Sound along with Branson Shows!

Been going to Branson for 10 years. This year's experience with wonder works was the worst experience ever. They close things like rock climbing at four. Charge you at 6:00. Tell you after close um it's posted.
They need better staff with better social skills.

Ordered Dixie Stamped tickets thru this site. Then found them cheaper on the Dixie Stamped home page. Ask for a refund after i explained what i found. They only offered 100 percent for future purchase or 65 percent back of purchase price. Total scam website. Beware people.do you research before buying from these sorry people

Purchase a package for my 75 year old parents with disabilities and were assured they would be given 1st floor rooms for lodging and handicapped seating for Dixie Stampede and Jesus showes with no stairs. After driving 9 hrs they were given 3rd floor rooms at a seedy hotel with only outside stairs. After confirming reservations before their trim and being assured again they were on the fitst floor. Called vacation center and they said they just make reservations and you get what they give you and they do not guarantee handicapped availability. Then they left my parents in the parking lot for 4 hrs attepting to fix their blunder
I had to book them different rooms directly with a hotel. Then thr tickets for Dixie ended up being on the very top level and all the way in the corner. Again, 5 flights of stairs. Needless to say, the whole trip was a waste, unable to use the show tickets or Rooms. SCAM. Not to mention the tickets at the venue are half price. Book direct, do not use them. You will lose out. Plus they will not refund your money, read fine print and avoid at all cost

We waited an xtra hour in line to get our tickets this morning at the location they instruct you to get your tickets at. They printed off an informational flyer as (our tickets) which Silver Dollar City reports is not our ticket after waiting in line to get to ticket booth ( long line btw). Called Branson Shows and then they finally emailed us a link to our tickets. Come to find out they have been doing this to customers for quite some time per Silver Dollar City Customer Service front desk. Call their office and they refuse to discount our tickets for inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous!

I purchased 2 adult tickets for the Copperhead Mountain Coaster that were advertised on the Branson Shows site as Buy One, Get One Free. The tickets are $16.00 each, so I expected to pay $16.00 plus tax for 2 tickets. I was charged $31.39 for the tickets. When I called Branson Tickets to ask why I was charged so much, they said they had added additional company charges (which were not specified on the website). When I asked for a refund I was told I could get 65% of the purchase price (what a scam). This is deceptive advertising in my opinion. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. On the Better Business Bureau website Branson Shows had a "D" rating (which is not very good). I wish I had checked it out before my purchase! BUYER BEWARE.

You will pay $50 more if you order show tickets through this site. Save your money and go through the actual venue.

The discount book and card often ended up not being accepted as advertised. Most places were kid places which were not open in the wintertime

The travel club seminar (Excursions) was worthless and a waste of time despite the $100 teaser gift. We were told by your telephone rep when we signed up for the excursions travel we would receive breakfast but excursion rep said that 'is a lie that we tell the agency (Save in Brandon) to stop...'

The seminar disguised as a travel group appears to be mainly a vehicle to rent timeshares that people are trying to get rid of without success. The 'deals' at hotels cars and airlines are no better than one can get online at Expedia,etc.

The show tickets were good seats so no complaints about this

Unfortunately the speed and push to get attendance at the excursions seminar, and the travel scam it revealed, spoiled my overall review of Save on Branson. I assume it is pushed by your company because it gets a kickback for those who fall for the speel to spend $10,000 or more.

Frustrating as the date we put in kept changing to todays date without us doing anything. Also I saved less then 2% by buying my tickets thru them and when I actually went to each show sight like Showboat, I could have picked my seating area and purchased a better location for the same price. Every show was that. At Dolly Parton Stampede I could have bought better seating for less as they give a discount for Military Veterans. Bottom line when you go through their service you actually have no control for where there place you for little to no savings. Much better to just go through the actual websites of the shows and purchase them directly.

We found this company online, were told before we left that even though we didn't have a charge card, "that's okay" then we break our neck to get there on time, only to find out that, we didn't make enough money to qualify for their program...er...sales pitch, so we could either cancel the booked shows or pay the company back for them...we cancelled and it really ruined the whole trip thinking we had everything mapped out that we were going to see.

I was visiting Branson with some friends as a get away after losing my husband. We stopped at one of your locations and dealt with Don L he said he was giving us a good deal on tickets to Legends. He said the original price was $38 and he "saved" us $6 a ticket at $32. When we arrived at the show the ticket price was $33.50 only saving us $1.50. We had a coupon which would have saved us more. He then so another person in my group tickets to Titantic - for which he billed and extra hundred dallors which was eventually taken care of but was very disappoing to have to deal with. I don,t believe we'll deal with your company again because of his lies !!!!!!

We thought we were directly contacting Sight & Sound on the phone as we were driving toward Branson.
Tickets were purchased and we were told they can be picked up at the visitors center .... "across the road from the WalMart .... and Branson has only one WalMart".
Driving our 30' motorhome, we pulled in and found from that center there was actually a second WalMart on the main entertainment strip. We pulled in there and were told they don't have the tickets but would give us a voucher for our two tickets at Sight and Sound.
We had decided to attend the 3:30 show at S&S the following day and felt very uneasy about all the driving around and misinformation. It was getting dark and we decided to drive out to S&S and pick up our show tickets at their box office.
As we pulled into the parking lot with our unit, we told the parking attendant we were there just to get our tickets for the following day. He told us the box office was not open because it was a special opening show before the public shows begin the following day. He said the box office would be open early the following morning.
We were there as the office opened and finally had our tickets in hand. The Sight and Sound show was wonderful and I hope the day doesn't come when they are sorry they came to Branson. There are too many people with their hands in the show ticket business ..... it's a fiasco!

We had problems from pretty much the first booking and they continued through our entire trip. Problems started with booking of the hotel to, problems at the hotel to, disappointment in shows. The only positive thing I can say about Save on Branson was they did refund us some money when we had problems with certain things.

Thanks for all you have done, We had to reschedule because of a medical problem. Thanks WE will see you in September
