I don't normally write reviews, but, from my experience I feel I should warn people about this site. My experience started on jan 21 2016, I was looking for a particular brand of watch, I could have bought from china, but, having read many reviews here and spending about 3 weeks on and off looking, I decided to take the plunge and opt for this website. It all looked very legit, with phone numbers, contact details, payments, so I thought it must be good. On their website I saw the watch I wanted, but was only showing the mens watch. I wanted ladies and versions so I emailed them to see if they had them and also if they would ship to the UK. A reply came a few hours later saying they had both watches and that they would ship to the UK. At $235 it seemed a reasonable price and I could also pay by Paypal which I thought was a safe way to pay as all the Chinese sites wanted western union which I don't trust. They also sent me a link to pay by Paypal. Having sent a few emails back and forth and seeing the two watches in a photo they sent they appeared to be fairly quick at answering my questions and so I decided to pay on the link they sent. I sent them an email saying I had paid on the link. A few minutes later a reply came saying they had made a mistake and had not included the shipping fee of $55 and would send another link. I waited a while but no link. So I emailed again saying I had not received the link. Within minutes they had sent the link. Again I paid it and sent them a message saying I had paid it and would they send me a tracking number. They said that they would. On the 22nd I had heard nothing from them so I emailed asking for the tracking number, I got no reply. 23rd, emailed again. No reply. 24th emailed again. No reply. By this time I was a little concerned so I tried calling the number on the site. No one answered. I tried again. No answer. On the 25th I emailed again saying that I was still waiting for a tracking number and I was very concerned. Still no reply. I also tried calling the number. Still no answer. I decided to look through my emails with them and at the bottom of the first email was a phone number. I called that one, it rang and then cut off. Obviously they had answered the call but cut me off. I tried again, the same thing happened. Ive still had no reply from them. Ive contacted Paypal who say I should have buyer protection, but, I'm not so sure about that. They told me to wait one week and if I still have no tracking number then they will pursue the matter. This is my story so far I will update as soon as I hear anything. Until then, be careful of this site. I wouldn't want anyone else to lose their money. Update 29th Jan. Having not heard from them for a few days, I suddenly got an email on the 27th apologising for the late reply and that the watches were in transit. As to whether this is true, I sill don't know because they didn't give me a tracking number yet. I will update again as soon as I have a delivery. Update 3rd February I received the watches today, I must say the quality is excellent, so my sleepless nights worrying were needless. I updated the star rating to a 4 would have been a 5 if their customer service had been much better. Would I buy from them again? Yes I would, but now I know not to expect tracking numbers and very slow replies. As I said, the watches are excellent, they look and feel like the real thing. Its a pity that as my first experience with the site was a poor one, I have emailed them and explained they should have better customer service. I would recommend the site to anyone, just don't expect replies as quick as you would like. I was also disappointed at having to pay customs £27 too because they checked the package. In the end, all is well and ends well.
