I wasnt sure about ordering from Brandafy but I'm glad I pulled the plug. They have over-delivered in terms of my custom store design and products imported. Certainly recommended!

Brandafy team is full of scammers. Stay away from them. Poor service and poor customer service. They trick you thinking it's a premium quality and then don't provide any refund or solutions to keep you happy. I repeat: STAY AWAY.

Overall process took 34hours but I guess it's due to timezone difference. I'm fully satisfied with the outcome and the looks of my store. The team is prompt to fix any issues and re-do pages if needed. I never knew how to set up Terms page but they did it for me. Recommended for people who are ignorant like me and cant set it up, price is cheap for the amount of knowledge you get as well as great looking store.

This isnt ordinary service I can guarantee you that. From the beginning to an end they take care of you as if you're a part of them. I liked the communication and all the edits they've done. Brilliant design that works on both mobile and desktop. Product import was most important for me and they took care of it. A+++!

One of the best, if not the best turnkey website. Their stores arent some generic BS you get to see for free or on other sites. It can be configured to your needs to, I have ordered custom one and have no complaints!

So I pay the 17 dollars. 3 hours later I get a few emails from Shopify. Nothing from brandafy. Tells me to confirm my email. Im like okay. I do that. Doesn't ask me to create a pin, brandafy doesn't send me any instructions, just a bunch of random Shopify emails telling me I have a free trial. So I click over, I have to request a password change because I don't have an account for Shopify. Then it asks me to accept brandafy collaboration permission so now I'm upset because I payed 17 dollars for them to go and create a Shopify account under my email which I could have done in two seconds. No instructions. No one has done anything to the store. I will be reversing the payment on my card and getting my money back. Don't fall for the scam bs they're trying to feed you.

Well, I paid for the store, and they just imported the products, that's all. No front page, no menu, no product description, they just imported the products and refused to refund me.

I have opened a case with interpol, even the amount is very small, I don't want other people to get scammed. Interpol said they have already 2 such cases. My bank is also working on it.

I ordered a drop ship store to be built. I did ask for a upgrade in process for a 100 products. They chose the store type and products types. This was due to my inability to know what to do.
It was done in three days unto my shopify account.
I was apaulled that they used my personal name as the logo. I immediately shut down my Shopify. I gave them a business name. In the address for my company they made it Tennessee. I live in Canada! All the info about me and my location was false.
I kept getting emails trying to sell me courses and upsell me to their higher priced services.
I sent them emails as to the problems and asked for a refund. This was all in a 3 day window.
THEY INFORMED ME THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Anyone who is willing to put fraudlant info on a website build should not be in business. Unethical business.

The best turnkey store I've purchased from the time I started ecommerce. Everything comes packed in nicely and easy to navigate. Highly recommended!

The worst experience ever. They made a mess in my store.
I was built my own store. My brand logo everything. I saw the ad of their service that they will make it more professional more sales. But actually they made a big mess in my Store change my logo, have error line in the main page I couldn't fix it, they are not professional, they repeated the products on the Home page which is unacceptable at all, all the media they added to the website was related to Shopify and Brandafy only also that is strange coz they mentioned that they will make it fully ready to sell.How come? If any customer wanted to go to my Instagram account the website will lead him to Shopify only. They mentioned that all currencies will be available for customers but actually only 5 of them their. The worst thing ever that I Emailed them many times But they didn't reply at all and no number to text. I paid about 50$. I waist my money there. So disappointed with this bad service. I don't recommend at all. Definitely you will be disappointed.

Simply lovely, ordered health related store and they took care of everything from A to Z, added 50 products all top notch quality compiled with a nice theme that is mobile friendly.

Pretty much what I wanted, their designs are stunning and products imported will be easy to sell. All in all I'm well satisfied customer. Will order soon again.

Support have helped me make a decision on the package to order, you dont see that very often. Like the turnkey store design, its a huge plus that it is mobile friendly too. A+

Great turnaround time since order was made on Wednesday. Everything was delivered to my Email. Really dig the design and overall structure of the store.

I have sent number of emails regarding the website that I purchased from this company and I have an issue,but nobody is responding to my request. An automated email was sent to me saying that the customer service received my email and someone will get back to me. It didn't happen, so basically they sell you a product and you are on your own. Don't make a same mistake like I did.
PURCHASE I SIMILAR PRODUCT FROM FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I suspect and all the signs point to one thing. IT IS A SCAM.

Wow! I'm amazed by the quality of the service. Delivery was within couple of hours, at first I thought it might be "LQ" but this is simply brilliant. Will come again and order more.

Plenty of freebies alongside well done store. Only reason I purchased of Brandafy is for their product import which cuts down my work for about 50%. First time dropshipping too.

They've done great job on my store end. This was my first time starting dropshipping via Shopify and they've helped tremendously with product import and the design.

I recommend not buying a pre built from here, when they told me my store was complete I went to Spotify and it wouldn't let me activate it I contacted customer support and they said they could not allow me to use anything from them as they deemed them a risk company and can't be used through them and (Brandafy customer service will not respond to you once they know you know)
