Service is always 100% correct. I would like to receive orders faster than a week or more but only to the point that I choose not to pay for better service. I hope to see an order marked as "shipped" every day (almost) after placing my order. Everything is packaged really nicely. In my opinion the boxes are large and appropriate in size for the items within and the paper used to protect the bottles is very uncommon. Great work Brambleberry.
This company has gone downhill over the years. The quality of their products are mostly decent, but sometimes lack consistency, and are packaged poorly (as in carelessly and spill) you are highly unlikely to receive a refund for their bad though. Since they updated their website a few years ago, every time I've placed an order, it's been a headache. The site checkout is constantly glitchy. NOT confidence inspiring for online transactions. Honestly if I can find what I need elsewhere, I avoid here. Too bad I got hooked on some of their scents years ago so I keep coming back to their dysfunction.
I placed an order almost a month ago, and still haven't received it. Now I've been told it was damaged, and no one let me know. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and only offered to reship or refund. Didn't even apologize for the month I've waited, with no correspondence. I will never be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.
My husband insisted we start ordering from Bramble Berry. I felt they were overpriced but went with it. The first order we got, soaps were damaged and covered the bottles. We had to wash the bottles. Second order was delayed three days without any reason given, then when I received it they sent the wrong soap base. 10 pounds of citric acid was a four pound bag, the rest was all over the bottles, in the bottles, in the bottom of the box and had leaked from the box. The soaps were again damaged and melted which made the bottles even more of a mess. This is ridiculous. They packaging is terrible, the wad up paper and shove in it like that's going to protect anything and the bottles are just thrown all over the box with no organization. I would avoid this company at all costs! Too expensive and NOT WORTH IT! We still haven't heard back from them either. Horrible customer service.

I have purchased couple times from Bramble Berry and every time I place order, they never get processed until I reach out to the customer service person named *. Very slow service and shipping takes longer. This is the last time I ever buy from here. I should have checked the reviews earlier

I really enjoyed their scents, however nothing else has been a positive experience for me. I was gift 15 lbs of soy wax and it was the wrong one so I asked to exchange and they DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES! I now have a bunch of wax I don't like or want! Any time I go on their 'chat' their reps have been so rude. Their products are really over priced as well! I've found better wax and oils that are so much cheaper. Please save your time and money

I recently ordered 7 items from brambleberry. New customer. After i ordered, i realized one of the oils i ordered said not for cp soap. So i emailed within 5 minutes and asked them to remove the 1 item, they said no... okay i received the order and the oils are total garbage. Heavily mixed with water or something. Almost no scent. I opened 1 to try on my wrist and the plastic stopper fell out and spilled the oil. I emailed customer service and (politely) asked if they could do something... they emailed back their policy and said no. "Have a great day!" DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY!

Order Oils From another company. The Oils are severely diluted. Customer service is kind until you want to make a return. In order to return, you have to pay for your own shipping. Customer Service then gets a Nasty Attitude! Either you pay your own shipping for a return, or you're just stuck with diluted junk!

I placed three orders all at the same time two shipped one is stuck in shipping label created. Tried chatting i was told maybe they forgot to scan it 7 days later the order still is stuck on shipping label created and im being told there is nothing they can do. I would NEVER recommend this company
I am a candle maker. I got impatient waiting for my usual fragrance oil supplier so I decided to give Bramble Berry a try for the first time. Two of the fragrances were SHOCKINGLY bad and inaccurate. They smelled very obviously synthetic and had a mild funky note to them. I have used honeysuckle and lavender fragrances before and would not have been able to guess these if I were blindfolded. I did not use a drop of the 16 oz honeysuckle because it smelled so rancid. I used about 1.5 oz of the lavender before realizing it would not work as a substitute for my usual oil. I contacted their customer service who told me they pulled the barrels and the scents were exactly as they should be and too bad. No refunds. The tone of the reply was pretty awful. I can see from other reviews here that other customers have noticed how off these scents are, especially the honeysuckle, and reached out to customer service. So they KNOW these are bad and misrepresented. They just don't care about getting return customers. Avoid them.
Absolutely awful service. After shipping the incorrect item refused to resend the correct item. Zero customer service - zero care taken will never order again.
My regular supplier is temporarily out of coconut oil and after scouring other suppliers for product and price I ordered a #35 lb container from this company on July 9,2020. I expected email confirmation which never came so contacted them on their website since I had registered as a guest and could not access online order information. No response. I have contacted them again today and after reading the reviews wish I had done so before ordering as this poor service and communication seems typical of this operation. NOT the sort of business experience I expect or am used to. Caveat emptor.
I placed my order on 2-15-21. Today is 2-22-21 and I still have not received confirmation that my order is being prepared. This is my first experience with Bramble Berry. I typically order from WholeSale Supplies Plus but they have been out of lye for some time now. Bramble Berry website said that my order would be processed in 1-2 business days, it's been 6. I emailed customer service and did not receive a response. I called the phone number listed and it automatically goes to voicemail. Some random person called me back and said that my order shipped on Thursday and I should expect it in 4 business days. I asked for a tracking number and they said it should be in my email shortly. Needless to say there was never any email or tracking number. I am very disappointed with the overall handling of my order and it seems like I may never get my products. I should of just ordered off Amazon, at least they are dependable.

Horrinle customer service. Placed an order on 5/31. Recieved confirmation of order, but never shipping info. I emailed 2 days ago, nothing. I tried to do a chat from their website as they suggested, you can't. I just called to leave a message. We will see how that goes. Next, I will contact my lawyer to have them take care of it. I am glad I didnt spend more that the $50! Now I just want a refund. I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE making a purchase.
As a brand you should be there for your customers, I've always gotten the cold shoulder with bramble berry. They are lucky there pricing is okay otherwise I wouldn't dare shop there. They don't have a big enough selection for essential oils and I am disappointed that their fragrance oils are not natural. Word of advice Bramble berry, you are $#*!ing up, do better or your brand will not stand.
I watched tons of videos online and it seemed that this was a good company to order from. When I received my product (ordered a kit) I didn't get instructions. I reached out to the company via chat and was talked to like I was stupid and couldn't read. I was disconnected from my chat several times. When I asked if I could return the kit I was told that all kits are not eligible for return but when I was ordering I didn't see it say that it wasn't eligible for return. So if you order anything they won't be helpful with even emailing instructions or let you return. Also the stickers/labels I received are not pre-cut. You will have to cut them out then apply them. They don't give you any way to adhere the wicks to the tins they mail out. And apparently you apply 3.5 oz of Fragrance to 2lbs of wax. The FO smells like cinnamon cardboard as well.

I've purchased from this company for about 5 years. Love their stuff. Shipping is slow but I plan accordingly. THEN they revamped their website. Now I cannot order from my mobile devices, which is how I've always ordered AND my account history only goes back as far as the new website! Purchase history before June is gone. Never really kept invoices because I've always looked up purchase history at tax time. (Shame on me) This tax season is going to be a real treat. I'm done with brambleberry
Purchased from this place and the jug of castor oil that I ordered had leaked into the bottom of the box. I couldn't understand where the oil was coming from at first but after I examined the jug. It has a cut in the bottom so I had to pour the remaining oil into bowls!

I lost all respect for this company when they took a stance and determined to openly promote soapers based solely on the color of their skin. Want to promote your product with them? Depending on the saturation is the melanin in your skin, that May not happen.

I ordered cerabellina wax from this company. And expected some sort of delay due to covid. But after 2 weeks passed with no sign of confirmation or tracking number. I had to contact them to try and get tracking number. Fast forward 3 weeks later I contacted them via email to see where my package is and the person who responded back to my email 5 days later told me It was shipped on a boat so it will take 90 days to reach me and that I need to choose different shipping to get it in a week as if my order wasn't expensive enough. Lol what in the world It already took them 20 days to ship my order now 90 days to receive it. I'm Starting to think this supposed hot mess of a company is actually located in China or overseas somewhere and not in Washington or wherever they claim headquarters is.
I told them I run a business and can't wait for months for a main ingredient. I guess that doesn't matter as long as they get people's business. I wanted to continuously order from them but I see what kind of tragedy they are and will take my business someplace else.
1. Opened account with Bramble Berry but have yet to be able to sign in! 2. Cannot look up any of my orders website has no record of anything I've ordered. 3. Although my order came within 4 days, my order is completely WRONG. Out of 4 essential oils ordered, only 1 was correct!
I know, why not just send them back right! But i live in high desert and the post office is 10 miles away and without a vehicle it is impossible.
For 2 days I have emailed, and I have called and I still haven't had 1 response.
I know im only 1 person and my purchases or better said my decision to NOT purchase from this company has 0 impact on them, but I think that just out of simple courtesy they could have addressed this in a better manner.

I purchased a 25 lb. block of goat milk soap base and when I got it, the plastic bag that surrounds it was stuck inside cracks along the edges. In many spots, it was so stuck that, even though I pulled it out slowly, it broke pieces of plastic off. When I wrote customer service, they emailed this reply, "when the vendor pours into those 25lb. Blocks, they line the box with plastic first, and it's not uncommon for the plastic to get stuck in the soap a bit near the edges. The easiest way to combat that is to run your melted base through a colander or sieve to catch any loose bits of plastic. We've approached our vendor about this problem many times over the years, but they don't seem to have any intention of changing the way they package, sorry about that!" I replied that that was NOT a solution, because I was purchasing the block to make my soap-making easier. NOT to add a step to the process by sifting pieces of plastic. This was the 2nd email reply, " As a one time courtesy I went ahead and issued a $13.75 refund for 25% off of the price of the base. We will not be able to do that again since the issue is so common. It may be best to purchase your base in 1lb. Blocks rather than the 25lb. Block so you don't encounter that problem again. " What!? So, they knowingly are taking people's money, even though, in their own words, "the issue is so common."? That is shady. Take your money elsewhere until they decide to sell a high-quality product and switch vendors.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS LAUGHING WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT I NEEDED. SPOKE WITH ANOTHER LADY THROUGH EMAIL AND SHE WAS SHORT OF PATIENCE AND OF NO HELP. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM BRAMBLEBERRY.
