I have been using Brainly since middle school(I'm a junior now) for almost 12 years. All the time I have used this website I have never run out of "limits" before until today. I only searched three questions; on the fourth, I got the "no more daily limits". On a daily, I ask more than 10 questions max. This might be an update or something and just another way to convince you to get Brainly Plus but I refused to pay for incorrect answers. I might as well pay for a irl tutor. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend Brainly to be used to study/find answers because the answers are mostly 50 out of 100 incorrect, or the answer doesn't even relate to the question that was asked.

Very dissatisfie. I asked a question and the tutor wrote to me that he didn't know about that topic and closed the chat. I canceled the subscription and a week later they charged a year's subscription to my card and no one is responsible. So you cancel but they still charge you, it's abuse!

Not only is the customer service horrible, they will charge you without your consent. Even if you cancel before the seven day trial, they will still charge you and then refuse to refund you your money. Plus it's not even helpful for the material I need to study. A waste of money

Horrible. They charge you without your knowledge. I've canceled before and got charged $40 FOR THE SECOND TIME. Refunds aren't possible and even if I was aware of the charges I was receiving, this website does not give great service anyway.

This site is full of so many ads it can grind a I9-*******k to a halt, People who fall for the scam of a subscription see repeat charges after canceling the service and do not offer refunds, If you are in need of answers and have no other option don't buy their subscriptions, clear data from this site each time you visit it so it thinks its your first time today and doesn't force you to watch a interactive advert, do not click on any of the ads as they are most likely all scams.

I hope that the CEO of the company behind this wakes up with frosted flakes in their bed, bread full of staples and they get a bedbug infestation.

I read a "confession" story that looked really interesting from a pop up teaser. I had to make an account and log into Brainly to read the rest. It was not a real story just a "teaser" that got fake "analyzed" as "literature" on the website. It was intended to lure me to join. It wasted my time and made me realize how irresponsible, disrespectful of our time, intentionally misleading and dishonest, and uncaring those looking to make money on the Internet can be. There's better ways to make money and more fulfilling ways to live one's life. Their so called "academic help* seems extremely irresponsible as well. I'm also a teacher and... No thanks. Do not use this site.

Don't click on stuff like this. You never know where it's bringing you.

I started my one week free trial to help me study for a test, I didn't find their services to provide for my needs, so I canceled the FREE trial in literal minutes after I had started. 3 days later I see I had been charged $40, and will be disputing this. This is not *******@Brainly.

This site continues to provide incorrect information about science and math questions and answers. It should be shut down.
We have tried this site for almost a year or maybe longer and do not think we have gotten very many correct answers to questions we have had. This is unacceptable in today's world where students and parents rely on correct information when they have a question.
Someone recently told me not to trust WIKI, but I feel we get better correct info their than we do on Brainly.

I expected a verified answer but guess what!? This answer isn't even correct it only has two sentences its supposed to be 5 sentences! I'm disappointed that brainly blocks the word google for some reason and they let rude people type gibberish and curse words on every answer today, they let people date, give away money when answered which is a scam and send links to malicious websites. The report feature is useless because brainly is a useless company and overall im dissatisfied with it

I've been going through a lot of money issues lately and I finally got it sorted out and I had just enough money to get gas all of a sudden I get $24 dollars taken out of my account from Brainly for a subscription I didn't know I had. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Back in 2021 they charged me and I was able to get a refund. But now they've changed their policy which I did not know because I haven't used this service since 2021. Now I can't get gas in my car and I don't get paid for another week. I will never use Brainly again.

If you use PayPal, watch out. I've seen someone get charged by Brainly even though they don't use it. I don't know how Brainly hacks into people's PayPal account, but it's insane. It's 13+ OBVIOUSLY because Brainly is letting teens and adults date. The moderators just HATE people, they delete correct answers without no reason. I've used Brainly a few times, I have gone into it for answers, but at least HALF the time, the answers are wrong or they just say "I don't know sorry." Brainly, you need to QUIT hacking into people's PayPal account.

My daughter signed up for Brainly in her last year of school. She set up an account under my name and with my Paypal information. I had no idea that this was an auto renewal situation. Imagine my surprise when Brainly sent me an email saying my subscription had automatically renewed. I immediately emailed Brainly and cancelled my subscription as well as notifying PayPal and opening a dispute. The response from Brainly was basically too bad but we don't offer refunds. I literally cancelled the subscription within minutes of receiving their email. However, they state on their website that you will receive an email notifying you of the auto renewal 7 days before your account is charged. Brainly never sent me an email. I have scoured everything in my email account including the spam folder and they did not send any emails advising of auto renewal. So, doesn't that mean that they are breaking their own policy?

I put under 13 when I was signing up because I am 12 almost 13 and then it said I have to be 13 so I put 13 then it wouldn't let me sign up and it is a useless app the worst I ever used!

Seriously? I've been trying for the past year, it keeps on saying "Sorry, we can't complete your registration at this time." Is it that busy? I am struggling in math and I keep on getting non-stop annoying ads about Brainly. So I decided to give it a try, why not? Though it never works! I am also 13+ and have tried so many things, yet nothing works.

Pretty sure the photo says it all. The users on brainly are ridiculous and don't understand that the people like me were there for our education and to succeeded not for them to go around acting like their sh*t doesn't stink. Recently the users use the app as if its a dating site or a meme page when it isn't. You can report people on brainly but that's about it. There's no penalty or anything that can stop idiots like the one in the screenshot. Nothing good comes out of a scam so don't get this app if you want serious answers.

I got autosubscribed for a full year. After requesting a refund 10 minutes after autosubscribed, I requested a refund or to at least drop my subscription to a month rather than a year. They blew me off and told me they can't do that. Not to mention the website had zero helpful information for any of my classes. I just wanted help on one problem and now I'm $54 in the hole. And you wonder why the youth are poorer and poorer. They're being scammed and abused from companies like Brainly.

Brainly is horrible. I spent hours answering atleast 500 questions. I have only one left to my profile they took all my points all of my badges all of my answers questions and anything to do with my account. I had so many points too atleast ******* now im all the way down to 200. They give stupid reasons like its there update and they want helpful information. I type 50+ words for every single question. I had at least twenty brainliest. I had so many ratings on my questions and thanks also. I had 20 friends and they are all gone. I wish this app never existed. It wasted 3 years of my life. I wish I could sue them. Im a student who wants to help others and recieve helps so this is really sad. Brainly do better. I did challenges spent money with them rated them and everything. I really need money now and I wasted it with this stupid app.

I am so unimpressed. I tried to cancel my trial via email, as they said I could and I could not find the option to online. They didn't answer, and I got charged. I then emailed for a refund right away as they say you can, and again no response. I tried reaching out a third time and have yet to hear anything, I've been literally forced into a subscription.
