I have ordered a few products and 2 out 3 were great. The reason I am leaving this review is to ask Noah with Brads Deals to make sure the item that is pictured is for sale. I have wanted to order a couple of items that were shown in the picture and they were not available. I looked for the items as soon as I received the email. I don't believe they would be sold out. I have enjoyed the website for Christmas bargains. I do think that 3 emails a day is a little much.

“Do not use Until Gone anymore”

They are always out of stock of items listed by Brads Deals. Very disappointed. These same shoes are available at several local stores too. Target, WalMart, ETC.

“What's the deal with Home Depot?”

February 21st, 2020

This is the 2nd time Brads has advertised oak flooring from Home Depot and when I check it out the ad says it can't ship to my location! I live in a major city with several Home Depots around me and none have this deal nor can it ship to them!?

If you do be very careful. You'll find that most of the time you'll get extra charges you won't be aware of. Org the price jumps from a Lure price to pull you in snd then they jackbit up when ordering it Beware me I would find it elsewhere! I won't Ebert use their sure again to buy anything. Plus you can never reach anyone to help you Good luck and have a great Christmas!

Answer:

That happened to me when I ordered something from EBAY before. I had to call the bank and have them credit me for the $ taken out of my account, then do the whole process over. EBAY, and PayPal were not helpful to me at all. I spent two days on phone calls, trying to get them to help.

Your complaint doesn't make any sense. Brad's deals publishes information on deals, and then if you click on one of the deals, it will take you to the other company's website.If you participate in a deal that you saw on Brad's Deals, you deal directly with the company offering the deal. Brad's will never be charging your credit card. That said, they are supposed to stand behind their deals. It sounds to me, unfortunately, that you do not understand how it works and perhaps they felt there was nothing more they can do for you.

Hi! We don't sell anything! We scour the internet to find the best online deals and we share them with our readers. When you click a deal you are taken to the retailer's website where you make your purchase directly from them, not us. So if you find a Macy's deal on our site that you are interested in, when you click "Check It Out" you will be taken to the exact product on Macy's website and from there, your transaction is handled 100% by Macy's. We just share the deals but we have nothing to do with your purchase itself. However, we are always here to try to help if you run into issues so feel free to reach out anytime. Shipping restrictions and options will vary from retailer to retailer. You will need to contact the retailer where your purchase is being made from directly to find out their shipping availability.
