First off the website was easy to use and has a huge selection of TV brackets at amazing low prices After ordering the wrong TV bracket I panicked but with their outstandingly good Customer service the problem was resolved and I received my bracket the next day, I also received a part refund that came through a lot faster than expected, The quality of the product was also to an amazing standard, I would definitely recommend.
I am not sure that this company exists It is not registered anywhere It does not have a customer service phone line, only a form to fill in to get back to them that they do NOT reply to. I am still awaiting hearing back and awaiting to see if I will actually receive the bracket I paid for!
TV Bracket arrived in good time packaging was seriously damaged but all parts were intact.
Now installed and looks good, would use BraketsRus again

I have fitted the bracket on the wall of a new extension which has thermalite block walls. This is not a complaint but these blocks are not suitable for the fittings supplied. I used threaded studs which I set into the walls and have made a very secure fix for the 55 tv. The bracket is superb and although quite pricey I think it is well worth it
Received order within 2 days and when discovered not suitable received prompt refund. Would recommend.
Very reasonable bracket for a 40" Samsung flat screen. The bracket turned up very quickly as well.
The instructions could have been a little easier to follow and I had to make a little adjustment to the mount, but it does exactly what I need it to do.

Good strong bracket, easy to fit but part of the bracket covered the aeriel socket so I had to saw 3 inches off it. Still worked excellently

I placed my order after 'close of play' on Friday so to take delivery on Wednesday was very satisfactory.
The product is well made and of good quality.
I cant complain. It came quickly, fitted the tv and you can even play with the horizontal positioning once it is installed which is great if you are placing in the middle of a wall. Good price too. Dont try and follow the instructions though, you cant - just use your common sense.

Excellent supplier - good selection tool allowing you to see and know the exact technical specification prior to ordering. The products are good as well - however sometimes you don't the same bracket that you had used before.
The last two brackets I bought cost me a small fortune so when I found Bracketsrus for my new 19" tv in the kitchen I was made up with the price. The bracket was delivered quickly and easy to install. I am just about to buy the same product for my mum's bedroom.
