To first say it i ordered my item in march third still haven't shipped then they let me know it's on back order a week later. They didn't even let me know that at first then i ask for a cancellation then the next day they want to magically ship it and tell me i need to pay a 25% restocking fee. The crazy thing is I asked to return it before it was even shipped out and now i need to pay for it. Complete screw up and waist of money and horrible customer service couldn't even accommodate me properly. Just completely upset.

This a great knee brace it wraps around the knee and leg giving you a lot of support.

The shopping experience was great. The brace works better than nothing and the quality of the product seems fine. My expectations were probably too high, sometimes it takes awhile to figure out the right spot for the pressure point but even then it won't keep the hernia in reduction in every position - bending over, sitting, etc. Thankfully I'll only have to use it for a couple of months until corrective surgery.

I had never heard of Brace Planet so I was hesitant to order from them.Their prices were so good I decided to take a chance. I received my order quickly, especially for a smaller website. When my order arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the products. The quality and price were far better than those I had looked at in the stores.I would, without a doubt order from braceplanet.com again.

The size chart required that we got a smaller size than one we had originally purchased in the store. I went with your recommendation. If they do not fit when they arrive we would like to exchange them for a larger size. Will wait and see.

Wish I had a coupon or some other price relief. This is a tough budget item. Even 10 to 15% off would help. Thank you

Ordered a brace from a manufacturer and they sent a different brand. They wouldn't allow me to return the item. It was unopened unused. If you read their policies they can't guarantee the descriptions so your credit card company will not guarantee the item. The Norton guarantee program is also a fraud as they don't guarantee the product.

I placed an order on the 23. My cc was charged. I can't find email confirmation. Called for support. After the representative tried to locate my order and wasn't able to. I asked if I can reorder with overnight shipping option but with old price of 2 day. Representative said no. When I then asked for her help to reorder with overnight shipping she hung up

Too bad I didn't read yelp reviews before I ordered from brace planet. All the reviews are 1 star (including this one). Emily, the chat grouch, is the same grouch that answers the phone for customer service only she goes by another name. So right from the start they are deliberately deceitful. Perhaps she is the only one that works there. I ordered a 24 dollar brace and paid 45 dollars for overnight shipping. Never got it and never received a tracking number even though they promised to get back to me with one. Emily, the chat grouch, said it was back ordered and will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. (three days from after placing the order) I asked to be refunded the overnight shipping but the grouch said NO. "Processing does not reflect shipping". So apparently all their processing issues are the customers' problems and not theirs. Luckily I have copies of all the chat transcripts so I can dispute this issue with American Express. She did tell me to go right ahead and dispute it but if they win the dispute they will charge me 25. What a pathetic company.

I was satisfied with the product as well as delivery time upon receipt. I realized upon trying on that article was too large, should have ordered a medium. I just recently under went hernia surgery and was just now able to get to post office, today. I do hope that this will be taken into serious consideration, a little outside the date of return email. Otherwise, will highly recommend it to anyone. Kudos to all involved..5 stars

for my first try at on line shopping it went very well i m 84 and can really get lost sometimes ,thank you ! i have had the braces for a week they are perfect ,do a very nice job of relieving the pressure of working on your knees . have had no problems with wearing them 8 hours daily. going to order two more pair ! good service good product good price , can not beat that. thank you.

My knee was injured 8 weeks ago, & I was finally able to walk without a cane but needed a fairly firm brace support, as walking on cement etc. still caused more pain. On checking your website I was able to find a brace with hinges in my size. I looked locally at pharmacies, but the sizes they carried were too small for my knee/thigh. I was delighted to find this brace in larger sizes & for a reasonable price. It is working great; I can walk longer when making errands without pain. Thanks for your product.

Excellent customer service through the chat feature. The site is easy to use. The product, ankle support, medium or so tight I can barely get them on. I bought them for arthritis in the ankles, but I also have it in my hands and the product does not have a lot of give for putting them on. I am not sure they are suppose to be so very tight so I do not know if I should return them. I they do not give, I cannot wear them.

The size which I chose based on the chart was too small. I even measured my thigh and calf, then based my decision on the size according to the chart. I have returned the brace and requested a size XL. I am awaiting its arrival. Based on how long it took to receive my original order, I expect it will take another 3 weeks before I receive it.

I just got my first order today, but realized that I accidentally ordered a brace instead of the splint. How do I return the brace?
