Contacted Customer Service through the Chat option immediately upon receiving my order. Brae much too large and was told I could send back for an exchange but first need an authorization number. Did send the requested e mail to customer service 1 week ago and still no return auth number. Was told would receive one in 2-3 business days!
Guess I am stuck with a brace that I cannot use. Should have read prior reviews re this company
I called customer service and was put on hold. Didn't even ask my name first. I finally hung up. I went to the website and the rep was curt and short. I only wanted to know the eta delivery. When I did receive my brace it was the wrong size. I went online for exchange and your policy would not let me. Overall, not a good experience. I will not be using your company or recommend it.

I have used these braces in the past from a pharmacy, however, I could not find them when I needed to replace my old ones. I was happy to find them and at a slightly lower price.

I'm a returning customer third order and always satisfied.
The brace was purchased for a post surgery support. The first few days it worked and stayed in place wonderfully, but each day it lost the elasticity and now drops to my ankle within the first 30 minutes.
I was impressed with the website 'claim' of shipping on same day as order if placed before a certain time and took into consideration that I ordered on a Saturday (January 10th). Then I saw on the package when it arrived on January 21st that it had a shipping label on it that was dated on Tuesday January 13th and took an additional EIGHT days to travel the roughly 1000 miles between braceplanet in Illinois and here in Mass.
The same day I received my ankle brace I also received a package from an eBay auction that I had purchased which was shipped approximately 3000 miles from Oregon via First Class Mail which I had purchased on January 16th, a mere FIVE days previously.
I do realize that the USPS is a factor in the length of time of deliveries but I think braceplanet's system leaves something to be desired OR they should at least drop that claim of same day shipping because, in my opinion, it's Bogus.
