My order was made as per instructions on web site but more options existed,the wrong model was shipped but with a call easily fixed the glitch.

Hopefully the product is as satisfactory as it sounds. This is the 3rd belt I have had over the last 12 years. The first 2 were given to me through a Physical Therapist. This one is the most comfortable of any I have had, cost the least. My only 1 problem is I think it is a little bit to large. I measured at the "line" so to speak for the size, so I went larger. Perhaps though if I had gone to the lower size this belt would not be as comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase.
