So I just went to Kevin Hart show last night. I was absolutely terrified after reading reviews…not only did I get my tickets two days prior as they stated, I also got upgraded to front row seats. Any time I had a question or was having extreme anxiety about the purchase being fraudulent, they responded immediately via chat and email as well to reassure me my tickets were legit. We had an absolute blast. The only crappy part was having anxiety after reading all of the crappy reviews. The best part of it all was scoring front row seats for 175 a piece (which were initially being sold at 400+ per ticket)
Their "guaranteed delivery by the event" is not enforced for their sellers in a reasonable way. I purchased tickets 6 MONTHS in advance and had the absolute PANIC of having them delivered 13 minutes before my event began, as the doors were closing. I planned a whole trip to NYC around this event and cannot describe the stress of having this happen. Customer service was responsive but helpless - it was all up to the "seller." I would NEVER use this service for anything important, or ever ever again.

Highly recommended. Got my tickets the very same day as they went on sale. Fees? Yep! Worth it!

I was reading all of the previous reviews, after ordering my tickets, and I was scared to death that I would receive my tickets. I called the customer service line and emailed the company. I spoke with two very professional, sympathetic representatives that reassured me that our tickets out arrive. The day before the concert, we received our tickets via email! Thank you all! Ps. This is a legit review.
