I received my bowling bag in record time!

I received my bowling bag in record time! It was just what I needed to update from my ****'s bowling bag...the shoulder strap adds extra help in carrying the ball from the car to the bowling center. Bowlerstore.com has been helpful in my purchases in the past and I'm sure they will continue to be in the future.

Online ordering was very easy

Online ordering was very easy. As I made the order late Saturday evening the order shipped next Monday and was delivered on Thursday.

Very convenient and all that I wanted were on stock.

I'll definitely will use Bowlerstore in the future as well.

Bowler store did not acknowledge the order was even placed. Package received was one that was returned to them. They didn't even take the time to check and make sure the correct product was enclosed. I feel like we only received the package because I complained about not receiving the product and the poor service we received.

Shipping label switched at origin
April 19, 2012

Shipping label switched at origin. My order went to Fla. Box was crushed when received 5 days after being reshipped from Fla. Customer service was slow to respond, and it took 2 extra days to get a new shipping label for the box I received by mistake. I would have liked to have them reship from origin. Nothing extra was offered for the problem they caused. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

I appreciate the discounted price of the bowling ball. However, I'm so disappointed with the engraving of the name. It's so tiny you can. Barely see the name. That's literally the reason why I ordered from this store. I really wish it could be larger and something can be done. Such a shame. Otherwise I would order again if the engraving was as large as the logo of the ball, or even chald the size.

Thank you for having my bowling shoes with velcro strap since I love the strap vs. shoestrings. After receiving the Unisex shoes, I think you shold indicate to shoppers that they are very masculine looking. Not feminine visually at ALL, but doable!

The bowling ball is exactly as shown on the website. Since this was my first bowling ball purchase, I was surprised that the holes were not "finished off" as I see the balls in the bowling alley. There is a powdery residue inside the holes...I don't know if this is normal or not. I would be interested to know how we are supposed to make the holes more professional feeling/looking. The ball purchase was a gift to our young grandson.

It took a week before I was able to track my order and it took to long to arrive. I order most of my equipment from bowling.com and I receive my orders from them in 1 or 2 days with standard free shipping. They didn't have the item I wanted so I tried your store. I was not impressed with how long it took to get my order.

Shipping was slow by today's standards

Shipping was slow by today's standards. Bowlerstore.com uses USPS for shipping. USPS order tracking is well below FedEx/UPS standards. That said, my order arrived undamaged and Bowler Store's no tax and free shipping is great. I've shopped there before and will again.

I am happy with my order but very disappointed that I was charge a additional brokerage fee that I was charge on top of my exchange I had to pay.nowhere was there no mention about another charge. I now figured it out now tjat o could of bought the same product or bigger one for less price then I paid for the o e I ordered from the bowlerstore

I selected in store pickup for my online order
September 2, 2018

I selected in store pickup for my online order. I went to the store the next day to pick up my order, unaware that my items were not in stock and had to be ordered. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They shipped my items to my house no questions asked, had them in 2 days. My only suggestion would be to add something to the website to inform people who want to pick their items up in store if their items are on stock or not. Will definitely be returning for any future bowling needs.

At first I was pleased when I saw the price for the bowling ball that I wanted. That was the only thing I was pleased with. First, I was shipped a defective ball. It had a large gouge on the surface in the track area. Second, when I clicked on "Chat" to ask customer service some questions about returning the ball, it took 20 minutes for someone to respond. By then I had sent an email to customer service which claimed it would respond within 24 hours. They didn't. Third, I had to pay to have the defective ball returned. Fourth, they never responded again to any of my questions as to when my money would be refunded. Fifth, I finally had to contact Paypal to get my money back. All I can say is buyer beware!

Ordering my 'yellow rose' clear ball from you was a great experience from start to finish. It arrived in a jiffy and I have already had it drilled and customized with my first name. The alley that did the drilling also gave me three free games just to see how the customizing felt. Wow! I'm already in love with my new ball. I had a specific reason for ordering a ball with a 3-4 inch pin, but I was sent a ball with a 2-3 inch pin. No one contacted me to see if that was okay before they shipped the ball. I could have purchased this ball for $10 less from another dealer, but thought I would give you guys a try.

Would really appreciate free shipping

Would really appreciate free shipping. Since I was told that free shipping to Hawaii was no longer available, due to higher cost of shipping rates, you should charge Hawaii people only the difference between what you pay for the people in the 48 states and Hawaii.
