I was disappointed you advertise 10% discount just to find out it wasn't on the items I purchase. I feel that was misleading.

I got my products in a reasonable amount of time and I enjoy the new shoes so far. They did scuff up the wood a bit as I drag my back foot but I'm hoping that stops as they get worked in a little but more.

It would be better if you could select two of the same products but different colors for the discount.

The rating should be asked after the item arrives. I have no idea what the quality and fit will be at this time.

Would have liked to see shoe sizing charts to be more closer to size rather than taking the chance of returning and having to pay restocking fee

I have not received my order yet you waited to send it until the new hammer was released to ship both suppose to be here on 30th

Delivery was quick and nicely package. But ended up exchange my shoes for a wider size and one size bigger.

Overall the experience was good until "checkout", then it wouldn't complete the order. I even completed a "contact us" request & your site didn't process that either. So I entered billing info AGAIN & it worked the 2nd time. I've shopped with you before but couldn't remember password, so signed up again.

Why did shipn costs for 3 & for 4 day fedx go from 18$, then after a couple of unconnected changes... it went up to $24 & 26$..??? Why.??

At checkout, kept being prompted for street address greater than 1 character. Full address was typed in. On 4th try, same address was finally accepted. Otherwise, all was good!

Confused at checkout because of old credit card on your file and tried to change. Eventually changed and was able place order.

The website was easy to use. Prices were fair. Shipping was really fast. I've made multiple orders as received my orders several days c ahead of the quoted time.

Coupon code kept getting rejected. I think that says it all. I should have received the discount promised.

Received the bowling shoe cover, description stated that my size 10 bowling shoe would fit a medium. The medium is at least 2 sizes too small, an tried to start a return and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to help me through the process but nothing. So I am jus stuck with your product I can't use

Great delivery time. Ordered new bowling ball on Tuesday with standard delivery service. Got it on Friday. Outstanding.
Had My local pro drill it and threw it in league play on Thursday night, with good results. Thanks.

Ok got shoes as expected and when they did not fit return process was done in a timely manner

This is a Christmas gift do you extend the 30 day returns for the holiday shopping to allow for returns or exchanges ?

Shipping charge is kind of high (40% of purchase). Wish I could do this rating after I received my order. Ratings could have been higher once I actually have my order in hand.

Should include delivery date instead of 3-5 days. Helps people around the holidays know exact dates on arrival

I am still puzzled as to how my merchandise was delivered to the wrong address. I was just fortunate that the people who received my merchandise were honest.
