This was my first purchase with Bowlers Paradise, the site was easy to use, my item came on time and their customer service was spot on (shout out to Justin McNally). I had a question regarding my shipping status, I sent an email around 6:30pm (CST) and within 2 hours I got a response. I definitely wasn't expecting a response so quickly. I'll definitely be ordering more items from Bowlers Paradise in the future!
Very disappointed in the shipping but I guess that doesn't fall upon you. It was FedEx who did not seem to follow up until seven days later.
Positive: timely delivery.
Negative: packing charge, return shipping charge, no return label, re-stocking fee, Bowling shoes had the same sole on both shoes.
Tried for over 30 min to login and retrieve password. I have tried again and have yet to receive help in doing this. You say that one earns bonus points to be applied to orders but I must be logged on. I can't
do that and so it will be a consideration before I order from you again. The only way to track my order was to be logged on. So the order arrived promptly.
I already recommended the site & my gf purchased shoes as well. The 1 & 2 star ratings are for the outrageous express shipping costs.
I should have ordered from amazon, at least they were transparent about shipping and not take a week for delivery!
you charged me $9.95 for shipping over 5cents $74.95 and you charged me $9.95 cents because of 5cents
You have "Free Shipping" but you hide the fact that there is a "Packaging fee" so next time all things be equal I'll order from somewhere else
I initially ordered the ball that was a gift 2nd day. When I called I was told the ball was still there and it would not arrive on time. I was told we could cancel 2nd day and my account would be credited the 60 bucks. I never have gotten the 60 bucks.
i order a diesel hammer ball and hammer 2 ball bag and only have 10 bowling bucks of savings which add up to a dollar savings. thats the 2 stars
Out of 5 items ordered, 2 were incorrect. The item was not what I ordered online. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a prepaid return label to correct the error.
Ordered here many times but this time the shipping time was horrible. Ten days total is just Bad with shipping these days most things I get are here in 2 to 4 days total. Not 10 days.
If you choose "Free Shipping" you have no idea how many days it will take to receive the order. The site should provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
Having package shipped to my office, Fedex thinks address is residential and trying to deliver package after office hours. Contacted Fedex and trying to schedule delivery during normal / regular business hours. You need an option to state home or business address for delivery.
SHIPPING FOR WHAT I PURCHASED IS OVER THE TOP HIGH. WILL SEEK OTHER SUPPLIERS IN THE FUTURE. I DO THIS FOR MYSELF AND AM NOT IN BUSINESS.
I think your shoe sizing info leaves a lot of guess work. So I am not going to be confident in rating high until I see if I need to exchange the size and if so, how that goes.
I didn't order from other vendors because of a packaging fee but free shipping. your shipping comes up last and hard to cancel and too expensive.
you deliveries are too slow. i wanted merchandise for last weeks monday night league play.... and here it is Sunday which means I won't have it for this Monday night's bowling. Fed ex is not treating you right

PayPal button did not work yesterday when I tried to order. You sent me an email saying you saved my cart so I tried again via my phone. This time PayPal worked. I would have gone elsewhere if not for the email but a free shipping would have been appropriate
There were several reports/coupons of free shipping with orders over $75 but it never applied to my account. I would not go back to the site to purchase items after the coupon code didnt work
I repeatedly try to enter my information and it it kept telling me paypal rejected my order when I wasn't trying to use paypal. I finally gave in and added my husbands paypal and the order went through. Now I hope I don't get more than one ball
I was searching for an affordable pair of shoes for my daughter. The shipping cost was not revealed until the end of the process. It substantially increased the price. Please be more upfront with the cost of shipping. Had I seen it from the start, I probably would have searched for something less expensive.
Honestly I was so excited to receive this ball. I am so disappointed in the appearance. This ball has a line all the way through, it looks like someone just glued two sides together. The pattern should be all the way across the ball and this line should not show. I have never ever seen a ball that shows the separation line. Very disappointed I spent $100 and $45 on shipping for something I will never use!
I'm was positive I ordered a 10 lb ball. I recieved a 6 lb ball. The cost of sending it back and the restocking charge is just putting more money into something I can get in Michigan. I'm out $79. I don't know if it your mistake our mine.
Ive ordered from you before and each time i have major problems because you send a code text and when i go back to the cart and use it, it wont accept it. Its a pain in the butt!! What do i have to do to order off my cell without all these hassels? Why doesnt my email make me a regular customer? Please straighten this out before you loose me as a customer!!!!
