This was my first purchase with Bowlers Paradise, the site was easy to use, my item came on time and their customer service was spot on (shout out to Justin McNally). I had a question regarding my shipping status, I sent an email around 6:30pm (CST) and within 2 hours I got a response. I definitely wasn't expecting a response so quickly. I'll definitely be ordering more items from Bowlers Paradise in the future!

Ordered a ball and bag - ball arrives damaged with chip i then submit email same day. They say it is lane damage uhmm hello, I just received it and submitted an email they can clearly check tracking to see this. Needless to say they could care less. I have a damaged ball and they dont care. Customer service is not helpful at all.

Upon purchase, i thought i was getting more than one piece sole! This is entirely to much money spent for one sole , and then $10.00 more to ship this very small and light item! never again! Got me once, won't get me again!!!!

I ordered a pair of size 6 women's bowling shoes, I have always wore a size 6 and when they were delivered I went to put them on and couldn't even get the top of my foot into the shoe. These were definitely not true to size and with that being said I had already paid a $10 shipping fee I wouldn't re-order because I can't even imagine the size that I would have to order from that company so I then decided to return them and the shipping on that was $15 so I have already invested $25 just for shipping into a pair shoes that I am no longer going to own and then the company took an additional restocking fee so it cost me roughly $30 for a pair of $30 shoes and I have nothing to show for it so my suggestion is if you need to order shoes go to a place that has free shipping do not deal with them that is absolutely ridiculous I also wrote them a letter with no response so not very good customer service so buyers beware of this company

I received the ball and span ruler today. Someone put the span ruler inside the box with the ball. I have two gouges, one pretty deep and an span ruler that is unusable as it was crushed in the box. I am guessing that the ruler caused the gouges. I took pictures and can send them to you. Not a happy customer and who in the world would stuff the ruler in the box using a ups shipping pouch.

I've always ordered with Bowlers Paradise with no problem. I placed an order on 10/25/19 and as of today still have not received it. My package is being returned and I don't know why cause I used a valid address. I have been checking the tracking and it has been sitting in WA since 11/10/19. So y'all have not received my package so you can resend. I'm just so aggravated and very disappointed because my package should have been delivered to me on 11/06/19.

I want to exchange a pair of shoes for size and I still have to pay a 15% restocking fee?? I understand paying to ship back but if I was buying again why would I be charged. Shame on me for not reading your ridiculous policy. Good job making money off people unfairly. I will buy my other shoes elsewhere

I purchased a pair of bowling shoes that to small and paid shipping. Now I must send back and pay shipping again with a 15% restocking fee. Then they want me to purchase again and pay more shipping. This is not good for business if you asked me. I will end up paying over $30.00 in shipping and the shoes only cost $19.99. Somebody please make it make since. I will not order or recommend anyone to buy from this store again if they don't make it right. My order number is ******* just in case you need it.

Easy to find what I needed,. But it was impossible for me to figure out what size to get. The size I ordered I figured out from the instructions. They were way too big and too wide. I guess I need to try shoes on before I make a purchase. I would like a full refund since I did not get another size. The shoes are being sent back.
