On Saturday Jan. 04th I placed an order. Within a few hours my order was canceled. They said the supplier was out of stock. I went back to the product/brand page where the item I ordered was. The page was now gone and no other items from that brand (DSPTCH) were there. I wrote a 1 star negative review of my experience with Bouu.com that night. Within 10 minutes I was contacted by customer service at Bouu offering me $100. to take my 1 star review down. I decided to give them another chance. I placed another order that night (Jan.04th). I received an order confirmation, after placing the order. Never received a shipping confirmation, so I contacted customer service a number of times and no response. Today, one week after placing my order, Bouu have cancelled my order, again. Take this information, when considering Bouu. Something most definitely is off with this company. As you can see from the response from BOUU they are claiming they don't have record of my orders. My first order was 6194561074 and my second order was 6194561075 Both of these orders were cancelled by BOUU. BOUU also just blocked me from their IG page and removed my review from their Facebook page. Update: Jan. 11th 1:44pm I just got a threatening personal text from someone at bouu Bouu is claiming my review is fraudulent. I am happy to post a screen shot from the 2 cancelled orders and all email correspondence from Bouu
