I purchased a dress and received it over one month late. They still sent it after I asked to cancel it. I returned the merchandise when I finally received it. I have yet to receive a refund. The customer service is awful. They do not return any e-mails and are impossible to get ahold of.

This sad attempt at something called a business should be avoided at all costs. They don't know how to fill orders in a timely fashion and then when they finally do normally after you have to email them to find out the status of your order they then only send you part of it. Then when you contact them to find out where the rest of the order is they simply refer back to kindergarten and play the I'm just going to ignore you game instead of accepting responsibility of their numerous screw-ups and trying to fix it.

My friend recently purchase a dress for her birthday. She is going to celebrate in Las Vegas at the end of next week. Her order date was 02/25/16. How long will she have to wait before her order is received. The status of the order posts as received but nothing further for about a week now?

I ordered a bathing suite from them an never got a confirmation for tracking or anything. Then I emailed them 4x's and heard nothing. I finally private messaged them via Instagram and they replied back totally unprofessional. After not getting my order out in time I was asked "is that cool?" then I made a comment about their poor customer service and was told I would be refunded. I never got a refund and they blocked me on Instagram. The BBB can't even help and now I am stuck. They are complete thieves.

I had purchased a dress from this website and received it within 2 weeks and it was great. I then had ordered a jacket, for $100, which I NEVER received. I sent countless e-mails and they just stopped responding. It's been months and I still haven't received the jacket or my money back. Horrible website.

This company is a scam. I filed complaints with Instagram, my bank, BBB, and the FBI since this is repeatedly how they operate. I made a purchase and over a month later I still have never received tracking info or my package. I was fed excuses, given the run-around, promised a refund and then the customer service disappears. I was unable to give the sham 0 stars or I would have.

I ordered a couple items from this site as I frequently online shop. It took over a month to get to me with some bs story stating if we would like a refund once the items are received that they would be happy to issue that. The quality of clothes were very low so I asked for my refund and returned the items. After 4 months of emails and very few responses from them, they now have my items and I have no refund. Safe to say I've been scammed and won't see my $200. They post cute stuff, but don't let it trick you!

Shipping was a little slow but well worth the wait plus the customer service is pretty cool. I will give them another chance

Hello, I am a fashion stylist and I would highly recommend Bossy Snob. I follow them on Instagram and it is the perfect site to get the latest fashion forward trends! One of my favorite things about their clothing is that you can't find it anywhere else and it always looks fabulous on! I had 0 problems with shipments and am most definitely a satisfied customer:)

Don't order from this company. My shipment didn't arrive after over a month, I finally asked for a tracking number (as I ordered it for a party that was coming close) and they wouldn't provide it, without asking me, they told me they were "re-routing" the shipment back to them and would refund me. I messaged them back and said that I didn't even ask for them to cancel the order, I only wanted to track the shipment! But they basically said too late. Then when I checked my credit card statement and saw that I wasn't refunded the full amount (I was only shorted $3 and change, but it was annoying because I wanted my order and the whole thing was a inconvenience as I ended up having to rush out to get a new outfit last minute), I emailed them to advise them and they responded with these exact words, copied and pasted from their response:
"Please stop contacting us at this point. We wouldn't waste our time keeping your $3. You're obviously an unhappy person that wish to receive our attention and wish to complain in order to feel better"

I was so shocked, I didn't even respond and just considered it a loss!

Ordered 2 outfits back in March, finally received them one in late May. Definitely not what was advertised. They said they would refund my money, yet still waiting for that to happen. I'm shocked to read good reviews, they must work for the company. I would not recommend this store. Shop at own risk.

I found them on instagam and put in a very huge order. They sent tracking rather quickly and answered any questions that I had. They even gave me express shipping for free and i received my package in about 5 business days. I examined each piece and the quality was great and everything fit. I have no complaints and will shop with them more often.

I ordered a dress from Bossy Snob, and after a month, they contacted me saying that it was no longer being manufactured. I was ok with that, but asked for a refund. Then, they vanished into thin air - they could not be reached by phone, email, etc. So, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau, and Bossy Snob assured me that the money would be refunded. The BBB closed the case, but I still didn't receive anything. Still looking for an avenue to get my money back. They are horrible people and I hope karma bites them in the $#*! one day.

I ordered a top last month and was so excited to get it in the mail! But when a month passed and it still never came and I never recieved any notification emails about it being shipped or anything finally I decided to DM them on Instagram to see what was going on. The first time I sent them a message I never heard from them. The second time someone replies back saying they will check when they get home but again I never heard back. I sent them another DM a week later saying how disappointed I was with their customer service and that it shouldn't have to take this long to recieve a shirt. They then responded and said I have been refunded. Worst online shopping experience ever! Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress on March kept getting the run around about when I would receive my dress. In April over a month later I received this ugly piece of cloth that was not even anything like the dress I ordered. Then I was given a credit but had to pay for shipping all over again. I paid shipping and ordered a dress and shorts. I received the dress 3 weeks later cheap dress. And it is now June still no shorts. They just want your money and don't send you what you ordered. A lot of people comment on Instagram of how they also never received orders and all bossy snob does is delete them. And they ignore all emails too. The "good" reviews on top sound fake. Don't buy from them.

Just filed a complaint with Chase bank, Instagram, and Better Business Bureau! They say they're having shipping issues and it'll be a month wait. They kept my money and never sent the dress. Crooks!

I recently purchased a few dresses and rompers from bossysnob.com and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Everything came in within days and fit my body perfectly. They respond very well to every text and e-mail you have regarding your shipment, very impressed with their growing customer service

Don't order from this company I ordered an outfit 30 days ago and haven't gotten an email back trying tell me where my order is, they are horrible and shouldn't be in business

I ordered 3 dress from them on april 4th, its currently may 3rd and i still did not receive my package. I never even received a confirmation email or tracking number. I had to email them to see if they got my order. I emailed them multiple times and they kept saying it will be there in 7-10 days. Never order from them.

Similar to everyone else, I too was scammed by this poor excuse of a company. I ordered a shirt on March 25th, the money was removed from my account on March 28th, it is not April 20th and my many emails were ignored, even though that is the only way I can contact them. I was finally DM'ed on Instagram, very unprofessionally after I made a comment asking them to respond to my emails and refund me. I haven't been refunded, although they claimed that they did and then to my surprise they blocked me! I'm working with my banks Claims Department to get my money back! STAY AWAY! It's not worth the frustration!

The quality is amazing and the prices are fair. Shipping was quick and easy as well.
