I used my bose pulse earbuds for 2 months before they became defective. I returned to the store where I had purchased them and spoke to the manager who was kind enough to replace them. As for the earbuds, they offer high quality stunning sound that is hard to match by other inferior brands.
Horrible! If you have issues with returning products and asking for refund it will take you ages before you get your money back. CS Managers will say they will call to update your issue but they will not. All they do is apologize. Big mistake, I should have gone to an electronic store to purchase or better yet just ditch this brand. I'm sure there are better products in the market with the price we pay. We can look for better alternative.
I love these earbuds for the sound, fit and battery life. However, I didn't realize how important volume control was until I actually started using them. If you are shopping for earbuds, I strongly recommend you look into ones with volume control for added convenience. Otherwise, I have no complaints since Bose is second to none in their industry with an impeccable reputation.

Bose used to be an amazing company, amazing customer service etc. Since they have outsourced c/s (it has to be this, otherwise it makes no sense), things have gone downhill in a huge way.
I am still waiting on my refund, 5 months after they recieved the producr, spending hrs on the phone over the past 5 months and being promised my refund was "on the way". Beyond ridiculous.
I for one, as a diehard bise fan will be trying JBL to see it it is any better.

I bought my Bose 700 uc headphones 4/23/22 and used them minimally,about two weeks ago I decided to use them and they wouldn't connect or even come on and when I called technical support they said there wasn't anything they could do and insisted I buy a new pair for $200 dollars which didn't make since to me because they were barely used. I will never never ever buy anything else from Bose and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either that's not good business for headphones that cost almost $400 dollars so I'll still with Beats
Bose products tend to be overpriced. I believe there are better products out there from smaller brands that cost less.
That said, their products aren't bad, and tend to deliver the bass most people expect (not too sure on the other frequencies).
Please note, I'm no audiophile!
Just received my QC25, nice and light, great sound but shipping was a hassle, customer support was not very good either, would recommend them to improve in this field.
