I used my bose pulse earbuds for 2 months before they became defective. I returned to the store where I had purchased them and spoke to the manager who was kind enough to replace them. As for the earbuds, they offer high quality stunning sound that is hard to match by other inferior brands.
Horrible! If you have issues with returning products and asking for refund it will take you ages before you get your money back. CS Managers will say they will call to update your issue but they will not. All they do is apologize. Big mistake, I should have gone to an electronic store to purchase or better yet just ditch this brand. I'm sure there are better products in the market with the price we pay. We can look for better alternative.

I have not been able to use my home theater system for fear of what mite happen.they said to unplug the unit causing fire. I called the company and my system was included in the recall. I contacted them and they sent me a box with styrofoam to protect the speaker system. The only problem is that they keep sending me the wrong packing gear. I have reached out to them three times telling the agent that they keep sending me out the wrong packing materials. I'm not happy with the service I have been given.

Headphones not used much and kept in the case and in excellent condition. Took forever to connect with customer service. The warranty has expired and now they won't do a darn thing about the malfunctioning bluetooth. Even after troubleshooting, they do not work and Bose is offering to replace them for another $200! I find their business practices abhorrent and want to make sure everyone knows about this! There are way too many competitive products to choose from out there. Bose will not be getting any more of my business!

Use Sony or anyone else with a decent headphone and better customer service. Warranties should be longer than one year!

This absolutely the worst purchase I've made in a long time It was purchased 2 years ago and had not worked from the day I purchased it when I first set it up they said oh you need a optical cable purchased one then oh you need a ARC cable got one the oh you need to delete and reset the remote to the bar now hours of tec on phone has past I gave it a break tried agin they said oh the remote must be bad they sent me a new one 1 1/2 years later they said send it in I did I heard nothing for 45 days not hey we received your product and it will be evaluated a tec company like this should be received boom in process boom could take 2 weeks boom but nothing I call and oh ya it's been received you should get it in 30 days I had to call 6 times before I received a email they sent the same unit back 70 days total and the piece of crap still doesn't work

Placed a custom order for Bose QuietComfort wireless headphones on Nov. 23. Called customer service Dec 12 to ask when order would ship. Informed ship date of Dec 18th. Called 12/18 & told order ships in 12 weeks. Asked to speak to supervisor. Informed supervisor too busy. But keep phone line open and supervisor will call within 2 to 4 hours. Did that, supervisor called after 7 hours, informed me that effective that day... Dec 18 Bose was adding notation to their online store stating custom Bose wireless speakers would now take 12 weeks. Why was that not disclosed BEFORE I placed the order or even communicated AFTER when they sent order confirmationemail. I promised Bose I would start submitting reviews everyday, every hour UNTIL I recieve my 16 year olds Christmas present which he personally designed and has been so looking forward to recieve. As a back up I ordered some Beats headphones on Dec 18 for $400 just in case the Bose ones (which cost me ~$300) never arrive. Can't believe Bose cost me this much money.
I do not recommend dealing with Bose.

"I recently contacted Bose customer service for help with a volume button issue on my Bose product, but I was extremely disappointed with the level of service that I received. The representative I spoke with provided no real troubleshooting assistance, and instead tried to sell me a new product that cost nearly $300. When I expressed my frustration with this solution, they offered me a meager 20% discount, which barely covered the tax on the new product. It was clear that they were more interested in upselling me to a new product than actually solving my issue. I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of support from Bose, and I would not recommend their products to anyone based on this experience."
I purchased these for $299 and have had nothing but problems. I don't recommend them at all. Don't buy it. Replaced twice already and still same problem. Customer service not helpful at all.

Now they want to charge me $115 for the replacement of a product which has a manufacturing fault and they cannot fix it. This sounds like a total SCAM to get money out of people's pockets. My product is out of warranty but it does not make sense at all to pay for a manufacturing fault as I have already paid $189 for the product. Should not be sold in the first place if they had a fault. I thought BOSE is a very reputable company but really a business to scam people. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Made an order Sunday Feb *******@3pm and had to take the day off so can receive my package today.
Well, between BOSE and UPS made my day by not only NOT delivering my package, but to waste my time and energy.
Won't recommend it.
BOSE don't give you a time frame when your deliver will be, or approximate time "they just say to expect this in such day" UPS claims that their drivers don't have cell phones to comunícate with customers, and the only way to get in contact with them is through text" the only solution is to redeliver the package next day "meaning to ask for an extra day off so I can receive my pavkage"
I even told them that I was willing to drive and pick up my package somewhere else, but BOSE/UPS don't give you that option.
Bad experience overall. Asked for a refund from BOSE and told me that this won't be possible until several attempts are make trying to deliver the package.

Won't recommend BOSE or UPS to my military family.
I called Bose to order an item, I was told it would arrive in about a week, and they would email me the order, and tracking numbers. I called a week later and was told 4 Feb was shipping date. They again told me they would email the info to me. All I received was an anonymous email with a pre-shipping notification from USPS for & 7 Feb. So the company policy is to be less than honest and to make it very difficult to communicate. Their products appear to be extremely over priced with very little concern for customer satisfaction.
The sound is still good but the quality is degrading fast. The last 3 sets of headphones I bought were made from the type of plastic around the wires that rips, exposing the wiring and you, to electric shocks. Worst of all it appears to be recent with last 2-3 models of in ear headphones and purpoaeful-as this is not covered by warranty. The over there headphones have replaceable wires but they upgrade the plugs every year so that you cannot get a new wire-you must buy the whole headphones. They pretend to offer lifetime warranty of sorts (discount) but actually do everything they can to make you replace their products each year or more often. This is a dishonest and environmentally wasteful. Recently I also saw degradation in their customer service (in Germany, not all stores), which is in stark contrast contrast to their once great customer service. In my opinion, this product is no longer worth the money.
Bose designs things so that you can nevervadd anything to their system. You get locked into more crazy expensive Bose stuff, or nothing at all... the speakers aren't even that nice, they just over emgubeer thier enclosures. If a real soeaker company spent the time bise does on building boxes, everything woykd sound like a Bose
