Boschappliances

Bought 4 appliances from Bosch this past summer and our over the range microwave stopped working. No power no fan no lights. Called Bosch service and they came and took the microwave down (not without some minor damage) tested it and found out many problems and said they would have to order parts. They left the unit on a serving cart and left. No call back after 11 days. Not happy to say the least. We had 2 calls to Bosch so far with no satisfaction.

Don't buy Bosch! My sister has Kitchen Aid appliances and they still work after 10 years.
We decided to splurge and upgrade to Bosch wall oven and convection microwave.
They both looked gorgeous but after 1 year the mother board on the oven stopped working.
Glad we had insurance on the appliances. After another couple of years the mother board stopped working again. Thank goodness we had insurance.
The insurance ran out after 4 years and the company would no longer insure the appliances.
I wonder why?
We are now in our 7th year of having the appliances and the light on the microwave/convection oven (that cost over$2000. 00) is no longer working. We can't see the numbers to turn it on anymore.
Bosch said that if I call one of their reputable repair companies they might pay for part of it.
Not sure if they will or will not. Called my own repair man and it costs $800.00 to repair it.
My washer just broke down after 17 years and I am buying anything else but a BOSCH.
