For a long time, I've been buying from Born Pretty. I am really pleased with the product quality that they provide. Customer support is also outstanding, and they will answer all of your questions and help to make your selection. I enjoy doing nail art and purchase the whole collection from this website. All is in perfect condition and of excellent quality. This is a brand that I prefer.

I spent 35$ thinking I was going to get a good product. The nail polish was not sent in a box but instead little baggies. I follow the instructions, however the nail polish just comes off. I wish I would of gotten just 1 bottle from MoonCat for 14$. Born pretty is a cheap company that makes cheap product. Also 1 of the bottles is so thick it just globs on. I will never waste my money on the company again! I thank them for the disappointment!

So, I finally received my package today, all but 2 things were there. I have contacted Born Pretty Store once again to see how they will handle this, since this package took FIVE MONTHS to get here! I will update again once I find out about them (one of which was probably the most expensive of the entire order).

I made my purchase on November 14,2018 and now it is January 27,2019 and I have yet to have received my order. I ended up starting a ticket to find out what was going on, because after 2 weeks of purchase, it hadn't even been shipped out yet. They said that there was a big sale going on and 2 of the items I purchased weren't available - even though at the time of the purchase, they were. So a couple of days after I reached out, it had been shipped and the tracking # they provided me said it was from the Netherlands... but aren't they in China? Flash forward 2 months, I messaged them again and said the tracking # isn't working and my package still isn't here. They apologized and asked for my patience and to give them 2 more weeks. The 2 weeks have gone by at the time I'm writing this and my package STILL has not arrived. I just sent them another message... I guess we'll see what happens. I don't know that I will be ordering from them again!

I've ordered from Born Pretty once. It took about a little over a month to have my package arrive in Canada. Package came intact, nothing spilled and everything came!
When it comes price it's great and quality not bad! So then why not splurge some more?! I'm currently on my 2nd purchase, I checked out and paid for my items and found out 2 days later I received an email from a customer service rep named Sophia. And here is what she has to say!

NOT VERY IMPRESSED... wouldn't you think that if I had issue with my first purchase they would have some kind of records? Wouldn't you think that a company would use their diligence to go back to my previous purchase and match me info etc.? You think anyone will feel secure to send a picture of their Id and credit card to a country overseas?! LOL I am speechless.

The bottom line is that this company is very inconsistent! The whole structure of their company has to be redone! Don't take their BS about "how the company is growing fast and not able to keep up blah blah" that's BS a good business will know how to know manage that!

I tried to pay for my order with a Visa gift card. Short story, they claim to but don't accept Visa gift cards and likely won't in the future.

Long story, I contacted about the issue, was given the run around, and asked to screenshot my process ordering. The tone was astonishingly blaming - did you enter your information correctly? Other customers have paid with gift cards. You shouldn't have a problem. I attempted the order six to eight times before I was asked to screenshot and surrendered. I ordered with PayPal for the sense of closure.

Their customer support is genuinely not supportive. They made no effort to apologize for my difficulties, let alone right an issue with their ordering system or alert future customers that that form of payment is not supported. It surprised me that there was nothing but insistence that I was the problem, refusal to investigate/apologize, and long wait times for response. My issue was a simple fix that was not resolved.

I do not recommend.

I ordered some things for my nails from here hoping to wear it to an event. The website said they ship within 24 hours so I had no doubt it would be here in time. Come to find out they didn't even ship my order until the day of the event. (About 3 weeks later). Absolutely ridiculous. I would have never bought anything from them had I known it would be such a hassle to receive my order.

I love BPS's product. I really do. It's a decent quality for the price. I've ordered from them many times, usually just small orders, and I would receive them usually in about 15 business days (I live in Canada). I never bothered to add tracking, since they were always small purchases. So recently I got brave, and even after reading bad reviews, I figured I would chance it by making a slightly bigger order than usual. It ended up being around $20.00 CAD, and I was really excited.

Same story as everyone else. 4 business days went by, and my shipping status never changed. So I messaged them. They told me my package was sent, and that the information would update soon.

That was over 50 business days ago.

So, my gripe is that yes, I do love bornpretty's product, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle. You can't even get a refund, because when you ask for one, they constantly try to make you either wait, or they offer to resend the order (like I want to wait another 2 months!).

So i've ordered from this site 2wice. The first time i ordered, i got everything i paid for, plus they sent me a sample of a blush for ordering from them which was nice of them. Mind you, my first order was of false lashes, the 120 eye shadow palette and some eye liners. The second order however was of some jewelry, some nail art and other bits and bobs. I was disappointed because a) they didn't ship me everything i paid for! B) half the items were broken when i received them and c) although they look so nice on the site, they are actually different in person... quite cheaply looking both in quality and appearance. Of course i wasn't expecting the earrings to be top notch but the items were cheaper quality than something you'd buy at the dollar store. I emailed them a week ago asking them to at least refund the items i never received from them and till today they haven't responded. I think it depends on what you order from the site... nail art, phone cases, make up etc may be ok but certain things you should keep away from. Not quite sure if i'll order from them again but for the moment i have no plans.

The website banner says "free shipping worldwide; ships within 24 hours". That's BS. Here's my experience: If you use their free shipping, you get cute and fun stamping plates... in about a month. Following their order status is a waste, because it's infuriating to see only a week later that it will post "shipped" while contacting them as to why the website states it still hasn't shipped and the tracking button will only tell you "Tracking you order, please waiting for response..." but never anything else. Someone will response to your inquiry stating, please be patient as it takes time between countries. Then, you wait another three weeks before it arrives, and one of the four plates you ordered is a random item. So contacting them about the mistake, you get a response the next day asking for a photo of the wrong item and only then they offer you a credit which requires an additional order. I thought I would give them a second chance but this time pay the registered shipping fee and maybe the tracking would work and I would get it faster. My mistake! Took a week and a half to ship! I'm hoping there's no mistake this time because I will not be ordering again any time soon. If there is something wrong, it was cheap enough that I didn't really lose money. Update* There were no errors on my second order, but even though I paid for shipping, it took almost six weeks to arrive (Nov 24 order date-Jan 3 delivery date)! And I'm still waiting for my free prizes from their anniversary giveaway and promotional giveaway! *Back to original review...

Your best bet with using this company for supplies is to place your order and set a reminder on your phone/calendar for four weeks later and if it arrives before then, you can be excited. I imagine why it takes so long (warning: sarcasm)--they probably wait for your payment to clear (one week), get cash, walk over to the nail supply store (probably takes all day), buy your items, go to the post office, package it (another day), maybe they forgot your address or enough cash for postage, so they have to try again the next day (you know, since it's so far to the post and they don't drive). They probably only have one truck per day (probably the same truck) leave the post office and go to the airport, so you loose a day if you didn't time it properly. They probably also only update the shipping info once a week or so manually on the computer (maybe they have to go to a public computer) just to look like a legit business; I doubt it's automatic like in the US with the scanners and bar codes. You can't beat the prices... but you have to WAIT. You can weigh that against some other companies which are a little more pricey, but have reliable shipping. *Update: If you paid for shipping, you have to cut and paste your tracking number to this website http://www.17track.net/en/ to track your package. It does not work if you used free shipping. Save your $3 and the anxiety and use the free shipping; the tracking was two business days off (inaccurate by two business days--said it was delivered on Friday and Monday was a holiday, actually received it on Tuesday).

Tip for consumers:
Your best bet with using this company for supplies is to place your order and set a reminder on your phone/calendar for four weeks later and forget about it, so if it arrives before then, you can be excited.

Inconsistent is best word to describe this website. The prices seemed really good. The website says that delivery for most locations should be 10-20 business days or so for most locations. I was hoping for 15 or so. To be fair my order to the US did arrive almost exactly a month after I placed it. I paid a little extra for a tracking number, but had to open a paypal dispute to get the tracking # from them. I didn't like that.

Unwisely my order contained a large number of small items, mostly nail supplies. I didn't get 100% of the items that I ordered and the quality was horrible with some items, but I kind of expected that when I placed the order.

One thing I don't like about the site is that the prices change dramatically. For example, I might have paid $10 for an item and noticed a few weeks later that they were selling it for an inflated price of $30. A few weeks later the very same item was being offered at a discount for $18.

Overall my experience was meh. I might place another order sometime, but not anytime soon.
