For a long time, I've been buying from Born Pretty. I am really pleased with the product quality that they provide. Customer support is also outstanding, and they will answer all of your questions and help to make your selection. I enjoy doing nail art and purchase the whole collection from this website. All is in perfect condition and of excellent quality. This is a brand that I prefer.

I spent 35$ thinking I was going to get a good product. The nail polish was not sent in a box but instead little baggies. I follow the instructions, however the nail polish just comes off. I wish I would of gotten just 1 bottle from MoonCat for 14$. Born pretty is a cheap company that makes cheap product. Also 1 of the bottles is so thick it just globs on. I will never waste my money on the company again! I thank them for the disappointment!

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy this product. It's not what you think it is. It's nail polish that peals off after a day. The polish itself is gross.

Purchased a ink pen for nails. When it arrived it was dried out. I waited so long for it. So disappointed.

I placed 3 orders over 2 months ago and began inquiring about them after 1 month. I was told that 2 were on the way and 1 had been delivered but I got nothing so I waited a few more weeks and still nothing. I asked again this time they said 2 were delivered and to look for it as in go to the post office and door to door in my neighborhood. After going back and forth with them being rude for at least 3 weeks I got fed up and told them to resend my stuff or refund me. Another week goes by and they offered no help except telling me to go look for them. They attempted to refund me only after I threatened to show their rude emails of them not helping me and report them as fraud to my bank. But the refunds went to 2 separate PayPal accounts and only one of them is mine with my cancelled debit card linked to it and nothing shows up on my bank account. Not sure if its because the card is cancelled or because its through PayPal. I guess I won't be getting my other refund because that isn't my account and it has my old email address on it so I still don't have my money. I will never order directly from them again. This has been the worst experience and I don't think they ever sent anything because the chances of 3 separate orders getting lost is very slim

Ordered from this website and never received my order. I tried speaking with customer service but they said it was not their fault if the package got lost and that they will not refund me because apparently it is hard for them to proceed to a refund... I gave them money and I got nothing for it, I will never order from them again!

Pay more and purchase any place but this one. Poor to non-existent customer service. Slow boat from China delivery and if you have issues as I did with your order missing items you are simply out of luck... they couldn't care less. Please wait 2 more weeks is the best response you can hope for. That was months ago... still waiting but not holding my breath. A lesson learned! :)

I warn other shoppers... DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. I read these reviews previously and just went ahead and ordered anyways because the products were super cheap. First off, they shipped after like 2 weeks. So they lie when they say shipping is within 24 hours. Also, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AT ALL. It's been over 3 MONTHS! So go ahead and never order from here, I lost all my money. I'm going to have to dispute with Paypal.

I never received my order after 3/4 weeks, and I send a few emails and never received an answer. I just started a claim with PayPal! Hopefully, I will get my money back! I will never order again!

Wouldn't respond after ~a month of waiting. All I wanted to know was if there was a problem because the order hadn't been updated. Not asking for a refund or anything. They didn't get back to me until I escalated it with paypal.

Then, sent the items in 2 different order, which they didn't tell me about. I had to wait another couple of weeks after asking why half of my order was missing. The second half arrived before they got back to me.

Missed 2 items. I asked if they could re-send the items, or issue me a refund so I could order them myself.

Several emails later about how they apparently hadn't missed any items, they finally admit they did miss them. BUT, they want a picture of the items and packaging I received so I can prove it.

At this point, it has been ~3 weeks since the second package came, and ~1.5 months since the first. I obviously don't have the packaging they came in any more. All this over 2 items worth less than $5 together, which I was just going to reorder with the refund anyway.

In sum, don't bother. Go with a company that won't give you the run-around. I'm willing to take the loss at this point just so I can move on.

I purchased several items in December last year and even paid a little extra to be able to track it. DO NOT DO THAT! Their tracking doesn't even work! Then on top of that I haven't received anything even though it says it all shipped in December and it is now almost February! I have tried contacting them several times and still havent even heard anything from them! I am very unsatisfied! Don't let them steal your money it wasn't just me this happened to, read the other comments too!

Very similar to others on here - I ordered in November for an item I wanted for New Year, hadn't arrived by Christmas so I contacted them to find out what was going on. Tracking doesn't work, raised a ticket and got what seems to be the stock answer - wait for another 1-2 weeks, be patient, we will be responsible for your order, do not worry.

To cut a LONG story short, I have now had a multitude of excuses, blaming many things for the delay, including items being out of stock, lots of orders, liquid items, customs clearance, the shipping agents, the weather, the holidays, international delivery, supply and demand etc etc (all of these excuses are taken directly from their various ticket responses).

I had to go out and purchase elsewhere at higher price as I didn't receive the order in time for New Year. I am now going through Paypal for a refund, as all they keep saying is "it will arrive in recent days, do not worry!" (This I assume to be a copy/paste response, as it seems are most of their replies)

To those that say I should just be patient as it's China, sorry but no. I ordered based on the advertised 24 hour dispatch time and 15-20 working days delivery. If they'd sent it in the 24 hours as stated rather than a whole WEEK later (which I now see is not unusual at all with this company) it may have arrived in time. Instead, it was received today.

If they can't be honest about their dispatch and delivery, then this isn't a company I want to deal with, no matter how cheap their prices. They out and out lie to customers. I will never use this company again.

I ordered some items from born pretty in November after several emails inquiring about where my items were I had to dispute the charges with my bank because as of today January 12th I still have not received my shipment. The replies that I received back from them was always that the order had been shipped. I realize that the product is coming from China; however it should not take two months. I would not suggest ordering from this company.

I have placed 3 orders w/this company the first order was ok but it took quite awhile for me to receive it. The second order was missing a item (they didn't refund me) the third order they didnt even bother to ship at all nor did they refund me. Its been well over a month and i received nothing. I email them and they bull$#*! me and say they will take care of it but never do. I would not recommend this site its a ripe off. Customer service sucks and it takes almost 2 months to receive your purchase. If you receive it at all. Very disappointed.

I ordered my items over a month ago and they are only shipping now which takes another couple weeks and possible customs delay as this comes from China apparently. I Had to escalate through PayPal to get some sort of response and they couldn't get a response either. I also requested that due to the delay they ship overnight at their expense... and that didn't happen. Nothing offered to make this situation right so I will NEVER order from here again.

So i received my package and 3 items were missing. I had asked them to refund me the $5.16 through paypal. They keep insisting that they give me credit towards a future purchase. I said no I dont want credit because it would be useless since i wont be purchasing from them ever again. At this point I am getting help through paypal because they keep insisting that i get credit for a future purchase.

If I would have known that this business was located in China, I would have cancelled my order! The website has NO mention ANYWHERE that they are not located in the U.S.A. I ordered my items on Feb 28,2016, the status is showing "paid' and that is all. No mention of an estimated delivery or that is has been shipped. I emailed them 5 days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. My ONLY saving grace is that I purchased through PayPal. At least I can file a dispute!

Placed an order. Paid the same DAY!... I emailed after 5 days. They said they had shipped. Then got an email 8 days later with a shipping ref that was for that day. So they lied. It took 13 days for them to post the items. When it arrived. Only half the order arrived and the one of the items had been badly packaged and it exploded all over the contents of the parcel. They wanted to fob me off with a $3 voucher. Told them it was worthless to me as I never ever shop with them EVER again!. Be warned!

Like many others out there who have unfortunately decided to give this crappy site a go, well I am as equally, if not more disappointed as you are. It's been TWO MONTHS since they say hey've shipped my order, and more since I actually ordered it. 'Shipping within 24 hours' was an outright lie, which isn't even that surprising. My shipping status only changed to shipped 10 days after the purchase. I wasn't expecting it to come any earlier than a month at most, but two months is just ridiculous. I messaged them about two weeks ago saying that I was waiting on my parcel, to which they replied I should wait for 1-2 more weeks. And guess what? Still nothing. At this point i'll just be happy if my shipment arrives at all, and even then I can't be positive that all the items I ordered are there. Please just don't.

I bought a few things online and now, after SEVEN weeks, I still haven't recieved a single thing! They took my money and after loads of emails back and forth they still refuse to give me a refund! Now they're just ignoring me. Absolute $#*!.

I'm so glad that I was smart enough not to order more than 10 dollars worth of nail art, so if I would get screwed over it would be just a 10 dollars loss. Placed my order 1 week ago and still not shipped. Mailed the company and received the same responses that other people posted here. One of my items were out of stock, they already shipped it, the shipping company hasn't
Given them any information and etc. My status on the website is still "paid". As far as I know I will probably receive my order 3 months later. Good luck everyone who has ordered or thinking of ordering from this store. This is my first and last order from bornprettystore.

So I ordered from born pretty in November (November 13) that was my very first purchase. I then decided I wanted to order more items so I did totalling 3 more orders. After waiting 2 months ( yep that's right) I finally received my first package products arrived nicely with the exception of no acrylic brushes. I wasn't told about this I contact BP they give me a credit... OK I ordered stuff with my credit. Next package arrives items are ok ish not missing anything plus they threw in a bunch of extra crap... cause I'm sure they think it will make up for their $#*!ty service. ( ok it kinda did who doesn't like free stuff) anyways which brings me back to I still haven't received my first original purchase from Nov 13... soo I contact BP on January 19 and they ask me to wait 10 more days. Ok that's reasonable. I wait and after 10 days I contact BP and they ask me to wait another 10 days... WTF. Nope! I explain I've been patient long enough please refund my visa I don't want credit as I will not be ordering from them again. So fast forward to day with daily email exchanges nothing resolved still keep asking me to wait. Oh and they will lie to you. For example I was told parcel was at my local post office but would take 10-25 days to sort out and deliver. Really? Canada post is much more efficient and there's no way it would take that long to sort my parcel out. Lies... so anyone have any suggestions how I get a refund? Similar experience? BP may have some good items however their service is awful and you really want 2-3 months if the parcel shows up at all. My parcel is on $15 but for me it's the principal however I'm seriously considering cutting my losses.

I've - but didn't answer my question, instead saying something vague suggesting they would correct the FT. They did, however, restate that it had been shipped. On the 24th the site finally showed an update, saying it had shipped. I emailed, again, politely asking if this could be accurate, as I had been assured on the 13th that it had shipped. They replied on the 27th, stating it was shipped "many days ago, however it was returned, so we have to reship it" WHAT? It's now Nov 8th. Last nite I finally contacted them again, reviewing the whole sorry history of this order, expressing my disappointment, and asking them to cancel it and refund my PayPal. I used the "support ticket" function on their site. I just logged in to see if they had responded & found the ticket "closed", with no response?! Needless to say, I suppose, my PayPal hasn't been refunded.
This is literally the single worst customer service experience I've ever had. All I can say is, buy from them at your peril.

I placed an order on the 13th of February and it still says its status is paid (today is february 26) not shipped. They said they were on holiday and would not ship until they came back on Feb 16th but the complete lack of communication is very frustrating. I am trying to figure out if my order has shipped and/or when it will ship. I have opened a ticket several days ago and sent an e-mail and not gotten responses to either one of them. This company does not communicate well at all.

I placed an order on 02/07/2016 and today is 03/14/2016 and they still have not even shipped it! It just says order received. I paid for my items and I am not wrong in saying that they should be at least shipped by now! I will never use this website again nor will I recommend friends.
