This business went snubs and beyond to be sure I had my washer and dryer exactly when I needed. Exactly when I needed it. But only did he deliver exactly what I needed exactly when I needed I actually hit s warranty as well. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and more impressed with the hard work. I needed this happen and happen over the weekend. Inland appliance got it done and ready to use asap. An amazing service available right here in Bonner county. Thanks again, I'm so happy.

A bit sceptical about ordering from a site I couldn't find Google Reviews on. I ordered with my CC with purchase protection.
Delivery was standard so arrived on time.
I did email to ask about delivery date and I did get a response. That assuring.
Packaging exceeded expectations.
Motor was like new or maybe new.

My washer failed to start. I took a chance and ordered the main board and user interface from Inland Appliance. Fortunately it worked for me. The cost was excellent and it was easy to order. It came from the west coast so it took several days but is was worth it

Use it Again Parts sent the wrong handle. The handle they sent does not even look like the picture that was posted. Not easy to contact to request refund.

My dryer motor went out and after researching I found the lowest priced part was at Born Again Appliance. I ordered it online with a credit card and hoped for a quick delivery as they were located 4 states away, "Dave" claims he sent an e-mail informing me of shipping delays but I did not recognize an email from Born Again Appliance parts and it may have been overlooked amongst other spam because it was simply from "Dave". That's when I found there is no phone number given or advertised for this business, all contact is expected through internet. After a week of waiting I contacted born again parts through their website and was informed that the motor would ship the next weekend. On Sunday I received a tracking number and now 2 days later the tracing number indicates the item hasn't been shipped yet. I would gladly have paid a few dollars more for prompt shipping versus going to the laundromat for 2 weeks awaiting a promised part which hasn't yet shipped.

I was pleased to find that cooktop more reasonable than anywhere else. I wished they had been more detailed of the description. I wasn't aware when I ordered that the glass was replaced with another brand and sealed with silicone. If I had known that, I could have made a better decision between the refurbished or an original factory part. But arrived safely, inexpensive shipping cost, and installed easily.

Fast shipping and great communication. The company stands behind its merchandises. Easy to deal with, they tried their best to replace the faulty part. Good customer service.

I have a Bosch washer and dryer set 15 years old now that still out preform new "green" sets sold in the US parts are difficult to find when I started my search i was looking at 3-5 weeks for delivery and a premium price; I stumbled upon Use it again parts located what I needed and had it the next day! I am lucky to live in Colorado and I happen to find a local business that is considerate of ones timing (shipping) with a large assortment of items. In speaking to the owner ALL of his stock is bought from dealers wanting to reduce their inventory for me that meant a $200.00 discount on the part I needed!

They had the part I needed at a great price and got it out the door promptly. Kept me up to date with order and shipping status. What's not to like?

The web has led myself and Inland Appliance to an incorrect part number for a washing machine wire harness. Apparently, that is of no mind to Inland... I must pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. "It matters not where the error lies", said Inland.

Excellent transaction... nice to have a place to go to find usable recycled parts at a great price! The only minor negative to the experience was the shipping package had two labels so shipping time was extended (took 5 days just to get out of Colorado). Will certainly use again when needed!

Still using a perfectly good 20 Yr Old Dryer and didn't need to throw it into the Landfill.
