I ordered from Nordstrom for shipping to Australia on 27 February 2022. Currently, as at 15 March, the items have not left the US. There is no customer support until 21 working days have passed. Of course the event for which I ordered the products will be over by then. So, don't use border free. Instead invest in a post box service such as one offered by PayPal. Cheaper, more reliable and loads faster.
But my Hanes bras they delivered were saturated in an awful over-sweet smell. I ordered Hanes before and had a different company who delivered to me in Japan as well, but there was no strange smell. I wrote Borderfree and will see what they have to say. I am thankful for the service though.
Update: I just saw the email they have listed in PayPal doesn't work and my message bounced back. Will try to email them from their website.

My order was delivered last friday. I would love to give them 4 star rating because they should be improving their customer service.
Got my item 6 days after getting shipping confirmation from Borderfree. Item sat on Borderfree side for 4 days. Will I buy through Borderfree again, I don't know. Maybe until the Order Status section is fixed... There's no way to track the orders after it reaches Borderfree. Order details are not showing any details!
We have placed two orders from Macy's using borderfree and both have arrived but took up to 4 weeks. They basically charge 15% of value of order for delivery and for that you get the cheapest and slowest available method. Given my delivery cost on last order was $60 I expected a week delivery and it took 4 weeks. One week to be received at there warehouse and be shipped and then 3 more weeks to arrive. It is ok but expensive for what you get. I have paid $40 delivery for bigger parcel and had it arrive in 4 days from us. It is a cheap way to shop if you can wait weeks for order. Tracking is also hopeless as it only updates every week or two sometimes. I had one item say it was in New York and it was delivered before it was updated on web.
I ordered 1 product but they sent me 2 and charged me for 2 the return process was easy and free, i just was annoyed my credit card was charged twice. So i only gave them 3 stars
I ordered two dressed from Adriana Papelle, which uses Borderfree, on 30 October 2016.
I received confirmation my order was being 'processed', and then four or five days later the price being held on my credit card reduced - it turns out one dress has been cancelled, but I still haven't been told that by Borderfree or Adriana Papelle (who email said that two dresses were shipped). The price for the dress that arrived was originally $160, but $189 + shipping was charged in the end. Why the extra $29? No explanation.
The dress I wanted the most arrived today (17 November). The packaging was appropriate for the quality of the dress (beaded and fragile). It was beautiful (but for her dresses select a size down, it is a bit big). I assume the other dress is never coming (but was listed on the receipt I received with the package).
I would think twice before using Borderfree again, and I will pay more attention to the use of third parties to ship in the future based on their poor communication and the strange price change in the dress without authorisation.
