Ordered boots on 12/12/2010, come today and still yet to get them. Two emails to them have yielded no response. The account showing on my statement is to XinhueWang in Shenzhen, China. This probably is a stupid question but is there a way to track them down.

This is www.bootsloa.com, but they have made a slight change to the name. bootsloa.com was closed down, and this one has popped up in it's place. PLEASE DO NOT USE IT.

An hour later I received an e-mail Order Confirmation from Fashion boots
Everything went well.

6/12/2010 I sends them an e-mail:

"Dear,

I have order nr...
I Like to know, when I will receive my delivery?"

An hour later they answered back to me:

"Hello friend
Your order has shipping out the tracking number:...
Tracking site: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

You should be in 5 days to receive your parcel.

As you know that The express are very busy before Christmas,
We'll follow and timely make you get goods. You must be in the dialogue
Ethanim received your boots."

16/12/2010: I send them back an e-mail because I didn't receive anything yet.

"Dear,

I have order nr...
I didn't receive my order yet. Do you have any more information for me please?"

And again an hour later they answered me:

"As you know that The express are very busy before Christmas,
We'll follow and timely make you get goods. You mustreceive your boots before Christmas.

Hope you have a great christmas and fantastic new year."

TODAY 17/01/2010 I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER, I'VE BEEN SENDING THEM E-MAILS. THEY DON'T ANSWER BACK TO ME.

THEY ARE LIARS! THIS EVERYTHING IS A FRAUDE...

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
ALL THE PEOPLE THAT ARE TELLING HERE THAT THEY RECEIVED SOMETHING I DON'T BELIEVE THEM. I THINK THIS ARE THE PEOPLE OFF THE WEBSITE! F*CKING LIARS!
