This website is a con! Ordered Ugg boots from it only to find they are fake and guess what? When I try to get on the site it is always 'broken'. Spent £80 on these boots and have absolutely no chance of getting my money back. Consumer beware DO NOT use this site! They aren't even based in the UK they are in China.

Ordered baby UGG boots. They are fakes. Ordered size Medium and they are three cm smaller than the originals (I have since bought). UGG tag is a different colour. Stitching is puckered. Box they arrived in was clear plastic and not the original UGG box. To top it off they do not respond to emails. BEWARE, DO NOT USE. I have reported them to the trading authority standard as well as the credit card company I used for purchase.
Iv ordererd 3 lots of boots from this website and each have been fine. Packaging is not very good but if the boots are fake then they are the best copys iv ever seen. Mine have not worn or come away and i have been using this website for a couple of years now
Ordered Knightsbridge boots, looked ok but quality very inferior to real UGG boots. Zips broke on second wear, after many emails they agreed to change them. I sent back (cost £17), they sent a replacement pair, zips broke again. This time I sent back as they suggested but they called me a liar and refused to refund the boots or the postage even though they said they would prior to me sending them back. My advice to anyone considering buying from this website would be DON'T DO IT THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.
Why didn't I read all the "bad" comments on boots2uk before? Ordered baby ugg boots and received my order after 6 weeks (too late for Christmas and our followed ski holiday). The received size looks much bigger then expected. I ordered size 19-21 and received a size which looks that my older 2,5 year old daughter could wear them. I can't say if the received boots are fake or not, as I am not a frequent ugg boots byer, but the packing doesn't look very "professional", only a plastic box, no hangtag, nothing, so because it comes from China (I didn't know that when I ordered) there is a good chance that these boots are faked. When I tried to enter the boots2uk website again I found out that I couldn't register with my email adress and password anymore. Ahhhh I am really anoid with myself...
Had faulty zips on Knightsbridge ugg boots, these were replaced with another pair with faulty zips. I asked for a refund and had no response at all! Beware of this site!
I purchased baby ugg boots from this site, It said that it was a genuine official seller of real garenteed UGG boots and was a registered trademark of that company. Oh how they lie! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They send fake boots and rip you off. You can't get a refund nor send the items back like it says. Please be very aware as I have been well and truely ripped off!
I ordered UGG Knightsbridge boots - I believe they are fakes. They don't even match the picture on their website AND they don't match my friends REAL KNIGHTSBRIDGE pair of UGGs either. These UGGs are sheepskin colored inside and the zipper is just plain silver colored. The REAL KNIGHTSBRIDGE model has gray interior lining & a silver & black zipper up the back. I sent them an email - they responded saying that they are REAL... They said I could send them back and gave me an address. I just tried getting quotes to send back to CHINA (yeah, not UK) and it costs over $100. - so I guess I'm stuck with FAKES! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
REALEY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SITE I ORDERED UGG BOOTS TO THEN RECIEVE A LETTER FROM CUSTOMS TELLING ME THEY ARE GOING TO BE DESTROYED AS THE BOOTS ARE FAKE.
